step 1 : you need to recognize what needs to change within your life, what you need to focus on, and what you need to remove🤦🏻‍♀️
- make a list of all your habits. good and bad. don't leave any out because we need to look at these habits and decide which are healthy and what others are unhealthy💅🏻
- write down all of your routines. within each routine think about what you want to add or remove from them and make a point to make the time to do so💅🏻
- clean your space. clear out clutter and trash and anything you no longer need. this will create a more calming environment and allow you to feel less stressed💅🏻
