Ya know those days where you are just being lazy but still want to feel productive....

On those sort of days that I'm binge watching Netflix and just chillin on my phone 📱 i have myself a sort of system😁
Throughout each episode of whatever I'm watching I try to drink all 40 oz of my water bottle 💦💦💦
Also at the end of each episode I get up and stretch my legs and do a mini workout 🏃🏻♀️
Depending on how I'm feeling is how many of what I'm going to do and how much it will increase each time for example
After the first episode I watch I do 10 squats🍑, 10 fire hydrants🔥, and 10 bicycle crunches🚴🏼♀️
Then after each other episode I add 5 to each thing

It sounds like a lot of work but it goes pretty easily and to me it's fun🤔🤗
