My producer john has invited over his house for dinner with his wife which was very nice. His wife name is kate and she's so sweet and kind. I appreciate them inviting me over for dinner because it shows they care about me. I look up to john as a big brother actually. I like being around them because i admire seeing married couples together. Hopefully that can be me one day.
I heard tray was coming over too. When i got to their house i helped kate in the kitchen. We were just chatting about love and relationships.
"How is it going with tray" kate asked.
"I think were just friends." i said
"Maybe you two should talk." kate said.
"I dont know, he seems so busy all the time." i said shrugging my shoulders.
"Do you think he's seeing someone else?" kate asked.
"Probably so, im not going to mention it." i said. With that we all went to sit down at the table. Everyone made their plates and we prayed over the food.
"Aaliyah im so happy that you came, i wanted to welcome you with a big meal." kate said.
"Thank you so much for inviting me over, i truly do feel welcomed." i said.
"Yeah im happy you came over too." john said. I noticed tray on his phone alot but i didnt say nothing yet.
"So tray how's the tour going so far?" kate asked tray.
"Its going pretty good." tray said.
"Where do you guys plan to go for your anniversary?" i asked.
"Were going to Paris, we planned to do alot of activities." kate said.
"Thats sound really good." i said.
"Maybe you and tray should plan something." kate said.
"Like what just hanging out or a date?" tray asked.
"A date you two would be perfect for each other." kate said.
"I dont think so.." tray said.
"Why not? We have been talking for a while now. Your always over my place." i said.
"I cant do that now." tray said.
"Why not? Am i ugly or something?" i said.
"Im seeing someone new now." tray said. I just felt embarrassed because he never communicates.
"Since when?" i said.
"Since now, i have a new girlfriend. Stop bothering me " tray said. I felt hurt because i really liked him but i guess he didnt feel the same.
"Well good for you. Ill leave you alone." i said getting up and walking out of the house. I got in my car and left. Kate texted me and apologized about everything. I went straight home and got in my bed. If he didnt like me why didnt he tell me??
