Chapter 56: Forgive and Forget

Her POV

I got out of the hospital yesterday. Trexx is really worried. Gusto nga niya na bumalik, na umalis na kami agad para makapagpa-check up ako pero agad ko iyong tinanggihan. Hindi ko kayang umalis na hindi pa tapos ang kailangan kong tapusin.

I decided to meet Starvvy. I was waiting for him right now. I saw him entering the coffee shop.

"Hi" He greeted

"Hi" I said

"So why did you call me?" he asked

"Nothing. Gusto ko lang na makasama ka ngayon." I said. I saw the happiness in his eyes when I said that.

"How are you? Parang pumayat ka ata ?" he asked curiosly

"We'll I'm dieting right now." I said and smiled hiding the real reason.

"What? You don't need to take a diet. You're sexy." he said. I chuckled

"As always bolero ka pa rin" sambit ko na ikinagulat niya

"I thought kinalimutan mo ng magtagalog" he said.

"Hindi no, nasanay lang. You know three years din yun" I said and he nod. We continue talking at lumalim yung paguusap na napunta kay Haven at kila Clovee.

"No offense pero bakit ako iyong una mong napatawad kaysa sila Clovee?" he asked. I know he's really wondering why but-

"I actually don't know. Basta noong sumasayaw tayo hindi galit yung naramdaman ko it was calmness" I honestly said. It's not because I was dancing with him.

"Kung lumapit muli sila sayo upang humingi ng tawad papatawarin mo ba?" he asked. I smiled, a happy and bitter one.

"I don't know" I said. But I think it's yes. Nakita ko naman na medyo nalungkot siya.

"Don't worry. Mapapatawad ko naman sila but hindi pa sa ngayon. Sa tamang panahon." I said and he smiled. After we talked we decided to go home. He bid goodbye. I decided to go to the park where I always go. And to my surprise I saw someone. Sitting on one of the swing.

It was Clovee. She saw me. I sit next to the swing. It was silent.

"I'm-" I cut her off

"Stop saying sorry" I said looking at the stars. I looked at her and she was looking at me

"I'm tired of hearing sorry." I said. Napayuko siya. Isang mahabang katahimikan ang namayani bago ako muling nagsalita.

"I miss everything" I sincerely said. I bitterly smiled.

"I miss the moment when you and Clover are fighting in front of me. I miss the time when we are in the library doing homeworks and projects. I miss the time when I was with you two and we laughed together. I miss the time when we ate together. I just miss everything." I said

"Naalala mo ba nung araw ng birthday mo? Pinilit ka namin noon na mag-club kahit na first time mo. I was really happy that time na lumabas ka kasama namin. Dahil yun yung unang beses na nagpahinga ka" She said

I was shocked.

"You are always working very hard not only in school but in your job too. And nalilimutan mo nang magsaya. Hindi namin inisip noon ni Clover na makilala mo doon si Haven." She continue, I remembered very clearly that moment. Doon ko unang nakilala sina Haven. It was a happy yet painful memory.

I stood up and speak.

"Noong nakilala ka na namin, dun kami nagdalawang isip na ituloy ang plano. Pero Elle, hindi na namin kaya na magpatuloy na sunod-sunuran sa chief namin. We really need freedom. Pero alam kong hindi iyon dahilan para saktan ka namin. Alam kong malaki ang pagkakamali namin and we are really really sorry for that." Ramdam na ramdam ko ang senseridad at lungkot sa kanyang mga binitawang salita.

Hindi ko naman siya kinausap para husgahan ulit. I realize na mas gagaan ang pakiramdam ko kung papatawarin ko sila. After all they are once my bestfriends.

"I forgave you and Clover." I said

"Elle" She mouthed. I realized that I am not that mad to them, na sobra lang akong nasaktan sa ginawa nila noon.

"I don't know what's gotten into me but I forgive you two. " I sincerely said and look at her. I smiled. Tears flow in her eyes and she hugged me.

"Thank you. Thank you very much Elle" She said. I hugged her too. It was great. I was happy really happy.

"Can you sleep over in our house?" she asked and I nod. I texted Trexx about sleeping over and he said okay. We rode in my car and went to their house. Clover is the one who open the gate. He was shocked to see me. He was really surprised that the cellphone he was holding fall on the floor.

"What the?!"
