Hwayoung
"Wait I thought the développé went before a jeté entrelacé, not a grand jeté," Jimin sighed.
"No, look. It goes, développé, demi plié, grand jeté," I chanted as I demonstrated each movement.
"Oh, okay. Let's do it again."
We practiced for hours. It was nice to practice with someone as persistent as me.
We were both sweaty and panting, out of breath after the continuous rehearsals without any breaks.
"Damn Hwayoung, I never met anyone who could keep up with my perfectionist self," Jimin smiled lazily as he grabbed his water.
"Same here, Park," I nodded before taking a gulp from my drink.
"I think we look better," he let out, still having trouble bringing his breathing back to normal.
"I think so too," I nodded. "Mr. choi wants us to report to his studio tomorrow. He wants to see our progress so far," I announced.
"Mmm," he hummed as he put his water down. "Then let's show them something worthwhile." He smiled wickedly as he slipped his hand in mine.
"R-right," I gulped at the skin-ship as I followed his movements.
As we went over the routine, he seemed to be smiling all throughout, just like me.
"I think we should call it a night," he panted once we finished and placed his small towel on his shoulder.
"Yeah, we've been at it for six hours," I sighed as I rummaged around my belongings, in search of my phone.
I noticed that Bong-Cha had texted me a funny video of herself, emitting a small laugh to erupt from my lips.
"What is it?" Jimin questioned as a small smile played on his face.
"Nothing, just something Bong-Cha sent me," I shook my head with a grin as I replied to her message.
"Oh," he nodded. "For a minute there I forgot you two were friends," he shrugged.
My face whipped to his direction as I simply stared at him. "You- what?"
How could he forget I'm her friend? That's the only reason people even acknowledge my presence.
