In all seriousness though. I'm gonna make this short and bring up a person who makes a very good point.

And while I loved Coppola's work (even if the only known work of his I've seen as far as I known was the 1992 Dracula film)

And while I loved Coppola's work (even if the only known work of his I've seen as far as I known was the 1992 Dracula film). I need to disagree with him here.

Superhero movies aren't just the same thing for each and every movie. Yeah, it has the plot of heroes having to defeat the villain. However there's something different for each film in terms of what we can learn about it or what it can teach us.

They can teach us about things like Courage, Fighting Oppression and Overcoming Prejudice, Dealing with the Pain of Loss and trying to move on from it, Value in Differences, Self-Sacrifice and How Actions of some can inspire others.

And there's plenty more. But I just want to give those few examples. I get that they may not like these films, But to say that they don't teach anything. I'm sorry, but I highly disagree with that on many levels.

(And one last thing: not to sound like one of those jackass conspiracy theorists, but, doesn't it seem odd that this whole comments on comic book movies came out after the Joker film came out)?
