The next week flew by fast.
Nerves were running and jumping and it was all gonna turn down on Friday.That would be the day I knew just exactly what my future would look like ,then I'd know.
Friday was here before I knew it,I had been waiting since 7 for the mail to arrive at 8.What if I hadn't been accepted?Then what?Oh let me tell you,I'd be stuck with my parents for five more years working down the road at chevron.
My mother was still asleep up stairs at the time ,father had already been at work,the mail was here.
I picked up the white envelope with the Harvard stamp.My future was literally in my hands.
The package opened easily,the paper glided across my palm,nerves about to burst.
"To Ms Anderson,
We are happy to announce that Harvard law school has accepted your offer .We are excited to see you this September!
Sincerely Owen Mathews."
