CHAPTER 5: Meeting you again

TIME SKIP: After Class

YOUR POV

"I just can't believe that after that 1 hour we still didn't get to pick a proper song!" Sanha said while I just walk beside him

Well it's true anyway, we are still stuck in two songs and we still have no idea on what to do, we are currently on the way to Sanha's house so he can grab his guitar, He doesn't know I have a guitar and if I presented that I have a guitar well it's not with me remember. Once we arrived at their house I got confused

"Why is it so quite? Where are you parents?" I asked "Well I'm living alone, they said that I should be independent, they are back at our original house" he explained and I just nod meaning I understand it

We entered the house and Sanha went to grab his guitar as I wait in the living room. Once he went down he smiled at me

"Let's go?" he asked and I smiled back "Okay" I said and we left to go to the park

We sat at the nearest bench we saw and I took my notes out as Sanha checked if the tune of the guitar was right

"So what should we play? Lost stars or someone like you?" I asked him as I circled the two tittles written in my notebook

"Just wait a second I called a friend for help" he said still focused on the guitar "A friend?" I asked "Don't worry, he's nice" he said but I just sighed and nod

We just sat there, Sanha busy with his Guitar and me? Well I was busy at my own thoughts; I miss my guitar so much, Gosh

"Hey, Aerum, Aerum you there?" I heard Sanha said which make me snapped back to reality and stand up "Wait what?" I said and he chuckled at my silliness

"Well, I've told you that a friend will come, so here he is" he explained "Oh he's here alrea- IT'S A HE!?" I yelled

"Aerum relax, I am also a he, so what's wrong with that?" Sanha asked which makes a lot of sense by the way

"We-well, where is he?" I asked "Here" he pointed at the boy in front of us, he was also shy and embarrass like me but what surprise me was his eyes, I was kind of taken a back because it looked so familiar. But I tried to shrug my thoughts because maybe it was just a coincidence and he might think I was talking crazy.

"Okay so, Aerum this is Hoseok, Hoseok this is Aerum" Sanha said introducing us to each other "He-hello?" he said "H-hi" I said in return

"Gosh you two unsociable friend of mine! Can you two at least act that you two are not awkward" Sanha said breaking the ice

"Sorry, I was really not used to it" I said facing Sanha "Me neither" The boy named Hoseok said and looked away

"Why am I here anyway" He asked still looking away "Well I called you here to help us pick a song, since I know you have a great taste in songs!" Sanha cheerfully said, I wonder when will Sanha get tired he's always hyped up

"But I only choose songs for dancing, how am I suppose to pick something suit for vocals?" Hoseok said feeling problematic

"Well then listen to it" Sanha said shoving me the guitar "Wa-wait I don't know what to do" I said "I know that you know the first piece, so just go and play it" he said being sassy

"Fine" I said and sit back at the bench

I started playing Lost stars and that's it no singing, fuck it I will not sing until I am alone or I am only with the person I trust

HOSEOK'S POV

Sanha's friend Aerum? Is that right, Well Aerum Sanha's friend looks so familiar, specially her eyes, I think I've saw it before but I decided to just shrug it off since she'll be weirded out if I ask about it and if she's not really the person I think she is.

I was convinced that it wasn't her until I heard her play the guitar.

"It was you!" I suddenly yelled which make her stop playing and look at me straight in the eye both of us were shock "So I was right? It was you too!" she said and put the guitar down

"You two knew each other?" Sanha asked "Yes" we said "No" then take it back "Wait what?" Sanha looked confused "You knew each other but not?" he asked

"No it's not like that" I said

"What we mean is, we've seen each other before somewhere but didn't literally knew each other" Aerum explained

"Mind if I ask where you two meet" he asked "YES!" We both yelled and Sanha was taken aback "Geez you two, I was just asking" he said and grab his guitar.

"Come on, get to know each other later help us pick a song first" Sanha said eyeing me so I sigh "Okay" I said and sit at the grass as Aerum sat beside Sanha

Sanha played the Guitar version of someone like you with matching vocals, so it makes me wonder why didn't Aerum sing when she played lost stars when I heard her sing back in the abandoned building. Once Sanha finished playing, he looked at me

"What is your pick?" He asked and I think for a while before answering "No offense?" I asked "It's for our grades so, yeah sure" he said

"I think you should play lost stars" I said "Really?" Aerum snapped "Well, I just think so..." I said and Sanha stand up before clapping like a seal

"Well, were all set fam! Lost stars it is!" he said before grabbing his guitar "Now let's go home" he said like an excited kid which make us laugh

"Okay" I said holding back more laughter from escaping

"I'll go now, I am on the left route so, I'll go ahead guys" Aerum said "Okay, goodbye! Make sure to get home before the sun set, it's dangerous if you walk in the dark" Sanha said like a mom
"I know" Aerum said and walked away

After Aerum disappeared from our sight we decided to walk to our route and head back home, while walking I was still curious about why a girl like Aerum was in the abandoned building, so I asked some question to Sanha but of course not exposing the abandoned building thing

"Hey Sanha" I said and he looked at me "Why?" he asked

"Where does Aerum live?" I asked and he grinned "Why are you asking? You like her do you" he teased but I gave him a frown

"A boy who is unsociable like me, having a crush? Impossible" I said "Well, why not?" he asked but I just gave him a sigh

"Okay, fine I get it okay, But she live in District 9" He said (Stray Kids? Okay just kidding)

District 9? That's where the abandoned building was located, so does that mean she lives just near there?

"Um can I ask the reason why she was unsociable like me?" I said but Sanha shook his head "Nope, I promised to keep her secret so no" he said

"But can you at least give me a clue" I asked "Fine, it's cause she was like you, but with a different story okay?" he said and that make me think

She was like me but with a different story? What does that mean?

"Hey, Hoseok are you even listening!" Sanha yelled "What did you say again?" I asked and he sigh "I said I'm here already so I'll leave you now" he said

"Oh okay, bye" I said and Sanha entered his house as I continued to walk further to where my house is located....

"I wonder what's her story is"
