Kai threw his pudding to Jay, "Relax, Jay, you can have mine."

"But this isn't cold." He whined, sitting down next to Zane, who flips a switch on his arm and freezes the cup. Kai sat on the chair casually, like he cares about nothing.

"Is anyone else chapped that Lloyd gets to be the golden ninja and fly around accepting awards while we're stuck here being teachers with no powers? Ah. I miss our elemental weapons." Jay groaned again, taking a spoon. 

"I do have my powers and still I'm stuck here, Jay." Y/n replied, folding her arms.

Nya opened the door of her classroom, letting out a deep sigh and walking into the teacher's lounge.

"Why is that when I teach, I get the feeling that none of the boys are listening?" She asked and Jay walked towards her, proposing the pudding cup.

"Hi, Miss Nya. I saved you some pudding." 

"What did we talk about?" Nya asked, making Jay sigh.

"Boundaries..." He sighed, "Tell that to Y/n and Cole." Jay said, pointing at the two.

"What?" They both ask. Y/n was laying with her head on Cole's shoulder, and the earth ninja was reading a newspaper.

"Hey, did you guys hear the news?" Nya ignored Jay.

"There's trouble?" Kai jumped up.

"Danger?" Jay gasped.

"An emergency?" Zane exclaimed, getting into a fighting stance.

"Oh, a new menace?" Cole asked, not looking up from his newspaper.

"No. We got clearance for a field trip." Nya explained, making the boys groan. "Not just any field trip. A field trip to tour Borg Industries."

"Ah! Not the Borg Industries. As in home to super genius reclusive savant Cyrus Borg? Inventor of the hover car and everything else cool in this world?-" Jay got kicked in the butt by Zane.

"Who cares about Cyrus Borg? If you ask me, people should concern themselves win the lessons of the past." Kai turned towards the coffee machine, "Not waste their time on the disposable fads of tomorrow when-" He turned to where his friends used to be and groans as he sees they're gone.

The students get into the bus, "Why can't we take the ultra dragon? Or the ultra sonic raider?" Brad asked, as Cole took out a microphone.

"Because they don't have one of these. Pretty cool, huh? I'm on a microphone. I am the MC. The Mighty Cole." Cole said proudly, and does some dance moves.

Brad groaned, "Mr. Cole is the worst."

"I heard that." Cole warned, sitting next to Y/n and folding his arms, fake pouting. Y/n chuckled, "Don't worry, I adore ya."

Kai made some fake gagging noises, making Y/n and Cole turn their heads and role their eyes, "So we really are going back to the city. We haven't been there since—well, you know." He said, as Sensei Wu walked into the bus.

"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We only have today. Or else this offer expires. Get a move on, Nya." He motioned to Nya to leave.

"Aye, aye, Sensei." She replied, driving away from the school.

"Welcome to New Ninjago City. The future is what we make it." Cyros Borg said on a screen, as the bus drives through Ninjago City. Everyone is gasping at the sight.

"Wow. You leave town a short while and-Ahh!" Nya got cut off by driving into someone.

"Ugh! Who here still uses wheels anymore? Get with the program!" The man shouted angrily.
