🌸🌸🌸
We are blessed to live a life,
That is secured and free,
Its worth is more than what we realise,
Better than what we see.
We owe our lives to those,
Who died in the hope of making our lives better,
We may not accept it,
But in spite everything their sacrifice matter.
We can't imagine what they lost,
While making us free from slavery,
They tempted to shine,
While they wrote a remarkable tale of bravery.
Freedom is our gift,
That we shouldn't misuse,
When we can make our own decisions,
When we have the power to choose.
It is our country,
We need to feel connected with it,
Attempting and failure is better,
Than not trying or to barely quit.
We salute everyone,
Who contributed to breaking our slavery,
We respect everyone,
Who exemplified the epic tale of bravery.
Something our elders have done,
Something we also need to do,
We have to take revenge for all that,
Our people went through.
