Struck in the world,
Of lies and a fake paradise,
I found myself completely lost,
When got struck by that faulty advice.
I tried protecting myself,
Struggling and crying,
I lost every hope,
But never sacrificed my honesty,
And they never left lying.
It may sound bitter,
But this is the reality,
Trust gets broken always,
Marking the end of morality.
Still afraid of getting betrayed in the hustle of life,
I can't trust anyone anymore,
Dying while fighting the waves,
Looks better than craving on the shore.
