    Beneath the twinkling stars,
    In the shade of moonlight,
    I stood beside you, 
    Holding your hand.
    You looked into my eyes.
    I gazed into yours,
    You spoke a thousand words, 
    Without speaking at all.
    I felt relaxed,
    I knew nothing could go wrong, 
    We'll end up together, 
    I got a feeling so strong. 
    A promise that we made,
    Brightened my night,
    I felt comfort,
    In that endless bite.
    We were in love, 
    A love so deep and sincere,
    We need not prove our love, 
    To anyone, anywhere.
