The journey to Nottinghamwas is fairly easy. After hot-wiring two cars, driven by Kayleigh and me, we all arrived at Nottingham. After a short amount of walking between buildings, we came across the original building where we were staying. We entered and it was exactly how we left it, except for the skeleton out front, which belonged to my first kill. The Darkness of night pre-fell the break of dawn at which we were meeting the Russian leaders.
"Everyone, we need to be fully aware of today. The Russians will very likely be guarded, so they will have guns. It's only fair if we get guns too so take your weapons and plenty of ammo. Are you all re-" I was interrupted by Kayleigh, who held a hand to silence us all. It was at that point I heard the sound of marching. A few hundred faint footsteps all at once. Stepping ahead of us. I poked my head through the doors and saw an enormous group of Russian soldiers, crowded around a podium. Heading from the other direction was a group of British soldiers, including mercenary fighters. They all stood in rows, all set out in grids, surrounding a large round podium.
I lead the group onwards after collecting our weapons and we headed towards the podium. Upon the podium, stood a Russian, wearing a tuxedo and the new leader of England, a man whom none of us cared to know. The Russian leader spoke.
"Men of war, we are here today to try and come to an agreement about England. Russia will be taking control of whether the British like it or not. We will kill your leader and then each and every other man, woman or child that steps in our way." The leader took a machete from the side of him and swung it at the English ruler's neck. Blood flow and the man's head was no longer attached.
There was a cry from the British Army as gunfire shot towards the Russians.
"Okay People, open fire on the Russians," I said as I released rounds of bullets into the Russian army, taking them out like flies. They fought back and shot at the British wiping us out like dust. The British army had tanks rolling through, firing missiles into the huge amount of Russian soldiers, sending them flying far into the battlefield. We ducked and dodged the flying bullets and dead people fell around us. We picked up weapons from the ground. As I bent to pick up a gun, a Russian soldier came up to me.
"You will pay, you British scum." He said as he kicked me to the ground. He picked up a piece of wood and swung it at me, I shot the man dead in less than a heartbeat and he fell backwards. I picked up my bat as another Russian attacked me. I swung and hit him in the head, taking him out. Running through the debris was difficult. As we stumbled through the battlezone, Russian dropped like flies, however so did the brits. A Russian charged at me with a steel pole and Lucille flew from my hand; the man pinned me to the ground, and pushed the steel rod down, onto my windpipe. I desperately looked around and saw a piece of wood. The wood was just out of reach and I began to blackout. Before my eyes shut, however, I saw the man collapse and the pressure in my throat relieved. The man was dead. Above me, stood Kayleigh, Lucille in hand and a smug grin on her face.
Russia was seeming taking the advantage, despite their seemingly expendable army being wiped out ever another second. Britannia was using all of her old tactics and the motherland of Russia was using sheer size to her advantage.
There were many more small fights, but we decided to retreat, only for a short time. I felt a sharp pain fly through my arm. I looked down, and there was a bloody hole in my leather jacket.
"Ouch," I said as I saw the entry wound of a bullet and collapsed to the floor...
