"One. Two. Three." Clunk.
"One. Two. Three." Clunk.
"How the hell is that going to help get rid of my chemical infection?" I said as they hit my knees to test my reflexes.
"We need to make sure that you're not being affected in any other ways, Mr James." Said a doctor.
"Stop calling me that. I'm Warren."
"Okay, Warren. You're seeming to be pretty normal at the minute." He said. "Mrs James, is it?"
"Not quite yet." Said Kayleigh, "We're only sixteen."
"Oh right okay. If his condition deteriorates, let us know. Just hit he red button behind him."
"I will. Thank you, doc."
"We will back soon."
"Okay." Said, Kayleigh. She looked at me, and I saw a hint of fear in her beautiful eyes. "Warren, I need to have a minute outside. Love you."
"Love you more," I said.
As she walked out of the door, she turned and fell to the floor.
"Shit! Kayleigh!" I said, pushing the red button behind me. Doctors ran from one side of the hospital to the other and picked her up to treat her. They put her on a stretcher and carried her away, for me to only see her the next day...

The next day...

"Warren! I'm so sorry this is all my fault!" She said.
"No, it's those Russians' fault."
"No I mean, me getting infected, I kissed you while you were asleep 'cause I forgot you were infected."
"Kay, trust me it's fine," I said. "They've found out that the chemical is called the Z-Virus. Its found only in Siberia, and the Russians are mass excavating it."
"Well, we have to leave then!"
"Yeah, we do. We first have to gather the gang."
"The gang?" She asked.
"Yeah, Mason, Elijah, James, Ava, Amelia and Emma," I replied, listing them off in my hands.
"Do we have to take Mason and Ava?" She asked attempting to sit up.
"Yeah, we do," I replied "They survived and England is going to war. We are leaving for Ireland, Galway to be precise, there are no military bases there."
"Okay. I'll ring them all." She said.
"Yeah. Just say to meet us. Not that we're moving. Make sure they know to bring their clothes though." I said.
"Okay. Right."
"Guys, this is an emergency. Meet us at King's Treatments University Hospital in Nottingham. Bring a few sets of clothes..." she said, with a hint of demand in her voice.
