He needed to find Sanem....he needed closure once and for all. Then he would talk to his Anne. Oh God who would believe him thinking this way.
Well he decided it was time...time to settle down. In the past any girl his Anne had set him up with...he had rejected on the spot...letting them down gently. May be he was rebelling against his Anne for pushing him. Infact he knew he had been.
However he felt now was the time to settle down and have a family of his own. But the thoughs he was trying to push to the back of his mind kept creeping forward. Would it be so easy to let go of her?...even though they had only a met few times and then only briefly...it was still a marriage.
Had she even given it a thought...girls were suposed to think of getting married from a certain age...geting married to their knight in shining armour...their prince charming. The perfect wedding...with the perfect dress and all the preparation that girls think about reguarding weddings.
Had she dreamt of her dream white wedding when she was growing up.
Shaking his head...she didn't seem the type to want commitment...more career driven...that was evident from her career choice. No girl in their right mind would choose that career if they had setteling down with a family in mind.
Ok so again...would it be so easy to let go of her...well the answers were simple and all pointing to one direction.
Point One...she wasn't his to hold on to so letting go wouldn't be too h..a..r..d... the last word leaving his mouth with difficulty.
Point Two...they hardly knew each other...just because they had slept together...didn't mean they had a claim on each other. If the circumstances had been different with the ba.... he shook his head. He didn't want to think about it.
Point Three...his Anne...she would never approve. They way in which the whole thing happened. In fact the girl herself...self-centered and rude...No...she would never....'Never in a million years' He thought to himself.
Point Four...they didn't have any mutual liking towards each other. Ok the attraction was there, without a doubt...but that alone couldn't carry a marriage...and that was only if his Anne agreed.
What the hell...where had his thoughts ran away to...
"Stop counting' He said to himself...there was more then enough reasons ... that gave him his answer. The answer was all at point one. She was never his....it was as simple as that. There was no need to over think.
So he had finally come to his decision. Once everything was clear with Sanem...he would have that talk with his Anne. He would tell her he was ready...ready to get married and ask her to find him a bride...he would go with her chioce of a bride for him. 'His Anne would find him a sutible bride'. He told himself, trying to sound convincing. The only one he was trying to convince was himself.

They'd finally arrived...coming through the orchards and fields was just amazing...the colours of late summer were now mellowing down. From vibrant colours of just a few weeks eairler... they were now softer to the naked eye.
