I looked at myself one last time in the mirror as my beautiful dream wedding dress shimmered brightly. Its been almost two years sense that incident happened and I never wanted to bring it up again. It was the past and it should stay that way. I finally gave birth to my beautiful baby girl and she's perfect she's everything I dreamed she'd be and more.
Now todays the big day the day that I've been waiting for. After a while of contemplating to get married while I was pregnant with Melody or after but I wanted it to be after so she'll be able to be a part of a very special day.
"You look so beautiful darling" Mom smiled tearing up making me smile hugging her
"Don't cry" I said fanning my face to keep myself from crying
"Its just I remember you coming home from the hospital and now you're getting married" Mom smiled caressing my cheek "Oh your father would be so proud" She sighed
"He's watching over me everyday" I smiled making mom smile when the girls walked in
"Who's ready to turn up" Kendall smiled
"Wow so my taste in dresses are actually nice you guys look amazing" I smiled
"Yeah I kinda like it" Chantel said making me playfully roll my eyes laughing
"You know you love it just say it" I said
"Fine I like it" She said making me laugh shoving her
"Vanessa you look gorgeous" Pattie smiled hugging me
"Thank you pattie you look beautiful yourself" I said making her laugh
"Hey had to stay out the kitchen for a couple of days to squeeze myself into this dress" She said making me laugh
"Stop it you look beautiful" I smiled
"I'm so happy for you an I wanna thank you" She started "For making Jason one of the luckiest men on earth. I don't know what he'd do without you and I just wanna thank you for being there for him and loving him for who he is" She smiled making me smile
