Chapter 1

Vanessas P.O.V.

'I miss you Jay come home please where i know your safe'

'I miss you more princess but you know i can't leave' Jason said through the phone as i sighed running a hand through my hair

'Do you know when you'll be back'

'Theres no telling but i promise as soon as it's time I'll let you know baby'

'Ok i love you'

'And i love you so much more babygirl now go and get ready for school'

'Ok bye' I sighed before hanging up. You probably wonder why I'm in love with the most known serial killer and leader of a very powerful gang. Truth is I never thought I'd fall in love with someone like him but being with him he makes me feel safe. He makes me happy. And he's the love of my life. He's not the bad person everyone puts him out to be.

Everyone always wonders why I'm dating him. And its because they don't know him like I do. I love him and he treats me like the only girl in the world and what more could i possibly need then a guy like him. The only thing is he's been gone for the past year on some important mission. And i missed him so much and I sometimes get scared that i won't see him again. But he always promised me that he'd be careful and he wouldn't do anything stupid.

I was currently inside our big walk in closed while i rummaged through the clothes for something to wear. I bit the bottom of my lip being indesisive on what to wear. I smiled in success once i found something suitable to wear. I went with some black short leggings and one of Jason's hoodies. I walked into the bathroom taking my long brown hair out of the rubber band to let it fall down my back leaving me eith nice beach waves.

I left my hair down before adding light make-up. I never really was fonded in wearing makeup besides mascara, and Jason thought it wasn't nessary sense i naturally had beautiful looks. I walked out the bathroom once i was finished when my phone started to ring. I grabbed it seeing it was Kendall

'Hello'

'Uh where the hell are you'

I'm coming now' I laughed

'Well hurry before i kill these idiot boys' she said making me laugh before i hung up. I grabbed my bag and phone before walking down the long marble staircase when I saw Ricky one of Jasons bodyguards who looked really scary to many but he was really sweet and goofy. He looked over my way and smiled

"You ready to leave" He smiled

"You know i can take myself" I laughed

"Yes but if Jason finds out we'd both be dead" He said making me laugh. He opened the door for me before we walked outside

"Any stops before we head towards the University" Ricky asked as i smiled shaking my head

"No but that you ricky" I smiled before getting into the back of the black tinted SUV. To me getting driven around and guards following me around when by myself or with my friends wasn't really nessary but Jason always wanted me safe when he wasn't able to be with me. And i think its sweet.

We pulled up infront of the college university as i gathered my things when Ricky opened the door for me

"Thank you so much ricky" I smiled giving him a hug which he gladly returned

"Your welcome are you gonna need a ride after class" He asked as i laughed shaking my head

"No ricky go home and have some rest I'm giving you my permission" I smiled making him smile laughing

"Oh man why can't jason be nice like you" He said as i laughed "Be safe and call me if you need anything" He smiled before getting into the car. I smiled before walking off into the University. I walked over to my locker seeing Thr girls and thr guys arguing with eachother

"What did I miss" I laugued opening my locker

"Oh my god please tell this dodo head that we don't have a test in physics this monday but next monday" Chantel said

"Actually it's this Monday i was up studying all night for it" I sighed

"See so who's the dodo head now" Mathew said as i laughed

"You're still a dodo head" Kendall said making me laugh

"So Mr McCann back in town yet" Gigi smirked leaning against the locker

"No not yet. I just get worried that he's gonna do something stupid or hurt someone which he promised me he wouldn't do" I said

"Oh come one I'm pretty sure he's twisted someones neck off by now" Alex said making me look at him

"What the dude has serious tempor issues"He said as i laughed

"Yeah and your lucky your still breathing" Kendall said as i laughed running a hand through my hair when i heard a voice i dreaded the most

"If it isn't the sexy Vanessa" Shawn said making me look at him in disgust while he looked me up and down like a perv "Sad how McCann left a hot thing like you all alone for a long time" He smirked

"Eat a dick you're lucky he hasn't blown your head off yet" Kendall said

"Hey I ain't do anything but give her a compliment" He said putting his hands up in surrender

"Well she doesn't need your compliments now take your dumbass friends and your circumcised dick out of here" Chantel said standing infront of me

"Whatever" He said "Catch you later Vanessa" He said before walking away

"What a dick" Gigi said

"Why haven't you let Jason blow his head off already" Kendall asked as i laughed lightly

"It's fine he's just an idiot" I said

"He's a weirdo a perv actually who needs to be taught a little lesson" Kendall said holding up her fist as i laughed putting her hand down

"You don't solve with violence" I said making Alex groan

"You're way to nice I thought by now Jason would've fucked the nice out of you" He said as i laughed hitting him with my book making him laugh

"It's true you need to put your foot down and punch him" Mathew said

"Yeah well I'm not like that and you guys know that. I see a different way to solve a problem then to fight" I said making the groan mocking mr as i laughed playfully rolling my eyes.
