Chapter 48

Vanessas P.O.V.

"There's sleeping beauty" I heard Chantel say walking into the kitchen as I looked up from my plate looking at her

"Don't flatter yourself" I said looking back down twirling my fork in my food not even wanting to eat anymore

"Oh come on I haven't seen you smile in weeks and it felt like monthe please smile" She pleaded pinching my cheeks. I faked a smile standing up putting my plate in the sink

"I know that was fake cause your dimples weren't showing" She said making me sigh putting my chin in the palm of my hand

"I'm having the guys and girls over and we're going to go swim you wanna join us" Chantel smiled hoping to atleast get a smirk from me but I couldn't smile I didn't wanna smile. I missed Jason i missed him so much and I just wanted all this pain to go away and to just be in his arms where I feel safe but knowing that couldn't happen and I wouldn't let it happen not after what he did to me then lied to me which hurt even worst cause we're supposed to be honest with eachother and trust eachother. How is he gonna wanna marry me if he can't be honest or trust me.

"No" I said looking down at my hands

"Oh please come it'll be fun besides you need a little sun you going pale on me" She said making me lightly laugh "Did i just hear a real laugh" She gushed walking over to me squeezing my cheeks "I'm gonna keep bothering you till yoy say yes" She laughed poking me on my side and cheek making me laugh shoving her away from me

"Ok fine I'll go" I said before walking away. I walked upstairs and into the guest bedroom taking out a swimming suit that i had gotten while at the mall with Chantel. To be honest I loved collecting bathing suits I don't know why and most of them I never even wore before.

I changed into a two piece bright colored red bathing suit. I grabbed me a towel before walking out to the backyard seeing the gurls and guys already here

"Nessa" Mathew cheered making me lightly smile sitting down in a beach chair

"How've you been" Gigi asked sitting next to me while everyone else talking in their own conversations

"Not good honestly" I sighed

"Its gonna be ok did you atleast here his side of the story" She asked

"No and I don't want to he lied to me straight up to my face. He's supposed to trust me Gigi and I don't feel like he does. I love him so much but I don't feel like he loves me especially after ehat he did to me" I said trying not to cry again for the 100th time this week

"Well maybe you should call him at some point and here his side of the story" Gigi said as I sighed

"So hoe are you and Stella" Kendall asked

"Ugh don't even get me started" Alex said rolling his eyes

"Why what happener" I asked

"Cause I went out with Mathews girlfriend to get Mathew a gift and she thought i was cheating and yelled at me tried to hurt me then broke up with me" He said making me frown

"Wait but she came by my house and said that you broke up with her" I said as he shook his head

"No she's lying" He said

"That bitch is weird stay away from her" Chantel said

"So she was at your house the day you and Jason broke up" Mathew asked as I nodded

"Why" I asked

"Did she ask to do anything in the house" He asked when i thought about that day remembering she asked to use the bathroom then leaving in a hurry

"Ahe asked me to use the bathroom then used in such a hurry" I sakd

"Don't you think its weird how she comes over lies then goes to the bathroom for a long time then leave in such a hurry if I'm not mistaken she probably set Jason up " He said

"Just don't go assuming things Mat" Gigi butted in

"Can we not talk about this it doesn't even matter" I said standing up walking over to the water before stepping inside. I swam around a few times hearing yelling

"Cannon ball" I heard someone yell making me turn around seeing Khalil jump into the water and Twist and them walk in throwing the girls in the pool along with them. I got out of the the water looking over seeing Jason walk in locking eyes with me. I looked away rushing over and wrapping a towel around me rushing out into the house.

I walked out the house towards my car opening the door when it was slammed shut Jason locking me in his grip

"Jason get away from me" I said trying to get away from him

"Listen to me Vanessa" He said holding me still

"I have nothing to say to you now get away from me" I said looking away from him trying not to get lost in his gaze knowing I'd fall for him

"Baby look at me" He said putting his hand on my cheek turning my face his way looking into his eyes seeing they were red and he looked so tired and heartbroken. He was good at hiding gis emotion but his eyes told it all "Talk to me baby" He said wiping the tears that fell from my eyes

"Why Jason" I cried

"Baby I love you and you should know I would never do that to you. I don't need anybody else but you. I wouldn't ever hurt you you mean everything to me and you're all I need and I promise you I didn't cheat on you" He said. I looked into his eyes looking for a different answer knowing in my heart he was telling me nothing but the truth. I leaned in pressing my lips against his missing him and his touch.

We both moved in a rough sync missing eachother. I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer to me as he pressed me up against the car door roaming his hands around my body. He slid his tongue on the bottom of my lip asking for an entrance which I gladly accepted as our tongues danced and gracefully swirled together. He slod his hands down to my ass groping it in his hands making me moan as he kissed down my neck sucking at my sweet spot making me lightly moan pulling lightly at his hair. He kissed back up to my lips as we both moved in a slow sync. I put my hand on his chest pulling away brushing my lips against his as he caressed my cheek

"I love you" He said making me smile

"I love you more" I said hugging him feeling safe and happy in his arms.
