We kept playing for about an hour more, then headed to the arcade. Zayn and Liam ordered three big plates of nachos and we all dug in.
Niall and I headed over to the crane. "I never, ever win this stupid things." I punched it.
Niall laughed. "I'm sure you can win." He put in a dollar and the crane lit up. He stared it down and carefully navigated to the best toy- a big pink..pig? I wasn't sure. He hit the red button and the crane went down, grabbed it, and then dropped it down the hole and suddenly it was in my hands.
"...How...." I said, looking at him like he walked on water.
He grinned and shrugged. "I dont know, I'm just that amazing."
"Please," I said, and moved over to a car racing game. There were two steering wheels and seats. "Let's see you beat me at this."
"Peace o chocolate cake," He said, rubbing his hands and sitting in the chair. I wrung my hands around the wheel and hit the gas petal.
And I ran into his car about four times. Hey, he would've won if I didn't.
"Hey!" He said, trying to move his car out from a pole. "No fair!"
"I'm in it to win it, babe," I said, and speed to the finish line.
We finished the game and bought some cotton candy, sharing one. I looked over and saw Danielle and Liam playing a crane game and Louis, Eleanor, and Zayn sipping some pops.
When I looked back over, Niall's face was inches from mine. He leaned in and I felt his warm lips send shivers down my spine. I scooted closer to him and he put his hands around my waist. I ran my hands through his hair. We went on and on like that for a while, and the only thing I could think about was Niall. Nothing else was important.
Finally, someone coughed behind us. We both pulled apart, smiling, and turning to see Zayn.
"Don't forget to breathe, guys," He said, sighing, then walked away.
I leaned my head against Niall's broad shoulder and smiled.
