Chapter 68 - Moving time

Start from the beginning

"Ok, alright. I'll have a baby with you in the first year", I told him. "But - only after we've been married for a month at least."

Michael's face showed his surprise, then he looked so so very happy. I could see his eyes shine with unshed tears. "You'll give me a baby? You'll have a baby with me?"

"Yes - because I want to have many babies with you too", I assured him with a smile.

His hug was bone-crushing. "Thank you!! I'll - I'll take a lot of care of the baby! I'll do everything if you want me to! I'll drop anything for our baby!", Michael excitedly told me. "Just say the word and I'll be on it!"

I laughed. "It's our baby silly! I have no doubt you'll be an amazing papa."

"As you will be, mama", Michael kissed me strongly. "Alright, alright - is it too early to build a crib?"

"We aren't even married yet!", I laughed.

I knocked on Michael's office door.

"Mr Beaumont, your appointment is in ten minutes, would you like a quick overview of the details?", I asked my fiance with a sing-sang voice.

Michael gave me a smile. "No need to, I have everything in mind", Michael leaned forward. "Are you really alright with me going alone?"

"Do you need me?"

"Not really, though it's nice having you by my side."

"Then I don't need to go - I have work to do in the meantime", I gave him a smile. "Would you like some coffee before your meeting?"

"Only if you drink one with me."

I went over to our little kitchen and brewed us a cup.

Michael handed me a few files in exchange. "You'll talk for me with the manager of the fifth floor?"

"Yup - I'll give him a good stern talk", I promised him.

"I should be back by four", Michael checked his watch. "I would like to push the meeting forward, give the other a heads up for me."

"Do you need the files?", I made a mental note of everything so far.

"Would be grand."

"Anything else?"

"Book a meeting with Sara", Michael swirled around in his chair. "And tell her we have to pick up the keys to our new home."

I nodded and while I jotted it down mentally, I stopped at pick up keys.

"Wait what."

I got up. He grinned.

I clapped. "What? What? What!? No way! Already?"

"The house is ours baby!", Michael opened his arms.

The chair rolled towards the shelf, that's how hard I threw myself into his arms.

"We can move in?!", I beamed and he grinned back.

"The moment we pick up the keys", he confirmed.

"We have to do so immediately!", I chirped. "I'll look into moving companies too!"

"Don't overdo yourself in the three hours I'm gone", he brushed over my bottom lip and cheek. "I want to celebrate tonight."

"Does it involve tying me up?", I flirted and he grabbed my hair. Ooooh, it does!

He pulled - and like a trigger, I grew wet.

"And we need to find a wedding planner too", Michael mused, letting go of my hair. Tease! "I found some websites but they were too girly for me", he pondered. "So I'm still searching."
