Because I could not fight for War
It did kindly fight for me
But I don't really like the fact
That it learned to fight
Before it knew how to commandI saw the fierce attempt of my generation destroyed
Oh, how I mourned the fight!
I cannot help but to remember the terrible fight
You can never forget the wicked and fearful fightThere's no peace
Only War
Victory decides
Who's wrong or right
It needs no side to justify
Laying down your lifeDown, down, down
Into the darkness of the fight
Gently it goes
The painful, the horrific, the abominable
It does fightWhen I think of the fight
I see chaos and mayhem
Carnage, massacre, genocide
And the earth running red
Does the military make you shiver? Does it?Are you upset
By how ferocious it is?
Does it tear you apart
To see the fight so merciless?Down, down, down
Into the darkness of the battle
Gently it goes
The intense, the unmerciful, the ferocious
It does commandWhen I think of the battle
I see political representatives
Lurking behind the scenes
Pulling all the strings
Just like a puppet master
The army the puppeteers
Does it tear you apart
To see the battle so barbaric? Are you shocked
By how vicious it is?
Does it tear you apart
To see the battle so destructive?War
It will not cease
Only grow
You better be prepared to fight!
And it will not apologise
For laying down your lifeThere's no pain it will spare
Fear has become your only right
And once you're lost in your despair
Forever black, eternal nightAnd it will not apologise
For laying down your lifeWar
