The Chief was indeed unhappy to see them but nonetheless gestured for them to sit down. They sat as instructed and waited for the chief to cross the room and sit as well.
The chief finally shut sat and looked to Drew and Adam, waiting for a reason for being woken up. "Sir, we came here to see what you could tell us about the Bigfoot." Drew explained. The chief smiled.
Listening to the Chief, Drew waited until he had finished before translating to Adam. "He says Bigfoot is a big part of the village's history. That it has been known as the 'Ape Man' for centuries. He says they were once respected as protecters until they began to attack humans as well. Now they fear them."
"Wow. Ask him if they know where they live!" Adam encouraged. Drew turned to the chief and asked. "He says they are not positive, but the hunters have worked with that Ramon guy to make maps of where they've been seen most."
"That's awesome!" Adam exclaimed. "Where are they?" Drew turned and asked the chief. The chief shook his head. "He doesn't know. He says that we should ask Ramon for them." Drew told Adam.
"Well maybe we should go meet up with Cameron then?" Adam suggested. Drew nodded and stood up. "Thank you for your time." He told the chief. "Yeah. Thanks man." Adam said, ignoring the chief's lack of English.
They left the chiefs's hut and stepped into the outdoors. Upon looking up, Drew saw the sun was a few hours from setting. Clouds rolled across the sky in a beautiful formation that seemed only exist in photographs.
"Looks like rain." Adam noted. "Yeah." Drew agreed. The two men stepped onto the dirt path leading to the infirmary and began walking.
