You jolt up, breathing heavily.
Glenn: It's okay Y/N calm down, you're safe.
You look at him confused.
Y/N: Safe?
Glenn: Yeah after we saw you we decided to bring you to our group.
Y/N: We, you mean the woman you were with?
Glenn: Yeah, Carley.
Y/N: Were is everyone else?
Glenn: They are in the drug store, I brought you here so you could rest up. You were pretty banged up when we saw you what happened?
You fill him in on what happened with Rachel the day you wanted to kill each other but changed up some details about her so that he thinks it was a random attacker who broke into the house.
Glenn: Oh, I'm sorry but it's gonna be alright the people here are caring. They may not seem like it, especially Lilly and her dad Larry, at first but once you get to know them you'll feel right at home.
Y/N: Thank you.
You are about to walk out but stop.
Glenn: What's wrong?
Y/N: I want to tell you something.
Glenn was about to say something but you continued.
Y/N: But I wanted to say that I'm sorry.
Glenn: Why?
Y/N: Making you risk your lives helping me, I was just scared.
Glenn gets down to your level.
Glenn: Well I'm glad that you cried out for our help, I don't think I would know what to do with my self if I let a child get eaten by walkers.
Y/N: Walkers? You mean the dead people walking around?
Glenn: Yeah. Now you ready to go?
Y/N: I'm ready.
He gets up and the 2 of you walk out.
Glenn: Hey guys guess who's up?
Carley walks out and runs over to you and Glenn.
Carley: Are you okay Y/N?
Y/N: Yeah thank you Carley.
Carley: If you need anything you can talk to me and Glenn okay.
She gives you a reassuring smile.
Y/N: Thank you.
Carley: Now let's go meet everyone else.
You go and meet the rest of the group.
Doug the kind shy nerd.
Lilly the strict leader.
Larry the grumpy old man.
After that you, Glenn and Carley go to sit down and chat for the rest of the day. Night time came and it was time to go to bed.
You stand there not knowing where to go. Glenn was still busy with Doug on fixing the gate.
Y/N: Uhh....
Carley: You can take my spot, it's not the best place to sleep but it's better than nothing.
