I started it with a kiss
Hands in your hair
Legs around your hips
That all consuming moment
I threw my head back
Laughter bursting out
You almost dropped me
But I hadn't a care
Lights were bright orbs in the air
Sound was a blur
Constantly going in and out
In and out
I couldn't walk
So you carried me
To my room
To my bed
My bed
And I didn't think anything of it
I couldn't think
So when you kissed me
All I wondered
Was how someone so beautiful
Would want to kiss me
It wasn't until your hands
Pulled at my pants
That I came out of my fog
This wasn't where I wanted to go
You weren't someone I really knew
So I pushed your hands off
Do you know what you did?
You laughed
That breathy laugh
Like stopping was a joke
But it wasn't a joke
And I bet you wish I'd stop now
That I wouldn't write another word
But you didn't stop
So why should I?
