Maddy: Dida just refuse straightaway if you don't want to get married. I won't let GD force you regarding this

Sanaya: Maddy relax...its nothing like that. I really want to give it a chance and also I trust GD that much to know he will always wish the best for me

Maddy: You wish! (Shrugs) I don't trust him one bit after what he's done to me but I can't comment in your matters kyuki GD likes you more than me

Maddy: Agle din ladke wale aaye and surprising they actually behaved nice with us and also the guy was treating dida so nicely that dida agreed to give the relationship a chance in just one meeting. Days passed, the wedding dates were nearing and that's when the bastard started showing his true colours. He always behaved all touchy with dida which would make her uncomfortable but she didn't say anything because she thought she was just making assumptions but slowly slowly those assumptions started turning into a reality for her but she still didn't speak up

He sighed sadly.

His voice held a certain coldness that was undefinable.

GD ne dida ko insist...scratch that...actually he ordered her to go on a date with him and dida ko jaana pada. Maine dida se pucha tha if she wants me to secretly come along but she refused but still I followed her because I did not trust her so called fiance and I was glad I followed her kyuki till the time I reached there, he was forcing himself on dida. Her clothes were slightly torn and sh-she was shivering in fear. Unki aankhon me uss din voh dard tha which I never wanted her to experience. That day I saved her from almost getting raped but I couldn't save her soul from getting scarred so deeply

His voice started breaking as he recalled the bitter past. Nandini patted his shoulder to comfort him but was herself in tears while the others were numb, not knowing how to react.

Maddy had went through situations worse than hell.

Maddy continued nevertheless.

Maddy: I got dida home and told GD everything about the jerk. Dida wasn't broken, she wanted to file a case against the jerk and also call off the wedding but GD refused. Pata hai unhone kya kaha? He said ki the jerk that tried to rape dida was her to be husband and thus he had all rights. I felt ashamed that day. Mujhe sharmindagi mehsoos hone lagi yeh sochkar ki main aisi gandi soch rakhne wale insaan ka pota hu but I still tried to convince him but he remained stubborn and his stubbornness resulted in me losing someone who was my world

A tear finally slid down his cheek as he uttered those words.

Maddy: Shaadi se ek raat pehle me dida se milne gaya tha to tell her that she should run away par jab main room me pohocha I saw her unconscious in a pool of blood. She had sliced her wrist with a blade. I was numb for a moment but then I immediately took her to the hospital but the doctors couldn't save her....I couldn't save her and it was all because of that man who claims to be our grandfather. Dida ke jaane ke baad bhi he blamed her and called her a coward and shameless to commit suicide. He said that it was her duty to satisfy her husband if he was asking for it and if she couldn't then it was her to be blamed and not that sick douchebag

His eyes were red with tears but his words contained vengeance, his words contained the anger he had for his GD, it reflected his pain that had left everyone numb and dumbfounded on their spots. The first one to react was Manik who stepped forward and hugged Maddy, a hug that was much needed which slowly turned into a group hug as they comforted Maddy who thanked his stars to bless him with such people in his life whom he could rely on but it wasn't only them who were shocked to hear his story, there was someone else standing outside the door too-- Sanjana.

I know it's a very late update and I sincerely apologise for the same. Lately I have noticed that you all are not voting or commenting on the story much and I really feel sad and disheartened about the fact. Isn't my story worth appreciating or even criticising for that matter? Sorry if I sound too selfish but can't help myself in this case. Anyways...
