The best scouts in Thunderclan were searching the area.
FlameStar and SkyHeart were leading the junior scouts.
"We can't go back without the kits," FlameStar told his traveling companion.
"Yup," SkyHeart agreed.
"BlueStar and DoveWing must be beside themselves."
"Yup."
"I don't know how I'd handle something like this."
"Me either," SkyHeart replied.
"Wherever they got to they sure know how to get lost really well."
"Yup."
"We haven't seen a trace of them yet," FlameStar huffed.
"Nope," nodded SkyHeart.
"You'd think they would just play or something, not run away."
"You'd think."
"When I was a kid I'd never dream of running away," FlameStar pondered. "I'd be worried about getting spanked picked up by the scruff or something."
"Same here."
By this point they still had not made any progress.
"I guess we should head back," FlameStar shrugged.
"Okay."
"Why are you agreeing with me? We just said that we can't go back to camp empty handed."
"So?"
"So... We'll have to explain ourselves. Since you're so good with words you can do it."
"Okay."
And that was that.
