What was happening to me? Everything around me started moving slowly again, and my heart started racing. So much has happened, there's been so many changes going on in my life. I was finally starting to feel happy and secure again but now, I couldn't help but wonder if everything that's gone wrong was because of my own self sabotage.

Sure, I couldn't have prevented this one myself because this was a choice handed to me by birth. But everything in my life was unraveling at a speed I couldn't take control of. Greyson showing up here was more than enough for me to handle. I need to get out of this town, alone, at least for a little while. Even if that meant having to leave Noah, again. Looking around seeing everyone enjoying themselves; dancing, drinking, and singing to the songs the DJ was playing. I couldn't help but wish I could be one of them, even if just for a second.

Everything around me stood still and all I could hear was my own heartbeat. This was the opportunity I have to take. I need to leave now while I no one was watching. With a heavy heart and light feet, I made my way to the bridal suite to grab my things and head home to pack a bag.

Five hours earlier

This morning has been hectic as all hell. Running around making sure everything was perfect for Darien, and Janelle's big day. I continued to check on the boys, seeing as Noah couldn't keep Darien from getting wasted last night. Luckily sleep, some electrolytes, snacks and water has been helping keep him from feeling the side effects of the hangover.

"Why do men have to whine about getting their photo taken? I'll never understand." I said after I closed the door.

I entered the bridal suite to find Janelle, sitting in her chair looking at herself in the vanity mirror. I slowly made my way over to her, and I could tell she was stressed, and I could see the tears she was holding back.

"What's going on in that pretty head of yours sis?"

"I don't know. I'm happy this is finally happening and all the stress has finally left my mind. Yet, I'm left here with happiness and I can't hold it in anymore."

"Ok, as much as I love you, if you ruin your face I will personally strangle you."

"I'm sorry, sorry." Janelle says, taking in a deep breath and beating her eyes open and closed, "I'm ready." She says as she begins to stand.

"Let's do this!"

It was time for my two best friends to finally become one together, and I was feeling all the love here today. Walking down the hall I pass a gentleman sitting staring off into space. Something about this man made me hesitant but it wasn't the time to focus on strangers attending the wedding.

"Knock knock boys!"

"What's up? Are we ready?!" Darien shouts from the other side of the door.

"It's showtime."

I felt the strangers eyes on me and when I turned around to face him, he was gone.

"It's time sis." I said tapping lightly at the door.

Janelle appeared in the doorway and I couldn't help but admire beauty. She's a vision in her beautiful gown, and her makeup is perfection, thanks to yours truly. Janelle turned to look at herself in the mirror and I could see the twinkle in her eyes. I watched her take in a deep breath and then looked at me through the mirror.

"I'm nervous."

"You have nothing to be worried about Darien, loves you and you love him."

"I know but what if-"
