Warning: this book in tone is going to resemble 'call me by your name' if you haven't read it it's absolutely beautiful and brilliant. This book doesn't have the same characters or even the same scenario but there's going to be a lot of angst, smut and just this fetishization of one person.
I don't want to capitalize on someone else's efforts so tell me if the book is too similar and I'll of course find a way to fix it or take it down.
This book was inspired heavily by that book. I wanted to write a femdom/ mistress kink kind of book already and I already had it in my drafts but rewatching that movie and reading the book just made me burst with bright ideas.
Also a little bit of a warning before the first chapter even starts. There's an age gap. Ellis is nearing 22 and Astrid is 35. They met first when Ellis was 16 while she was 29 and yes she does acknowledge that he's handsome. But It wasn't an attraction or anything back then. I don't want it to be misconstrue as her being into younger guys or anything illegally kinky like that.
