As the morning started to arrive, Dorothy couldn't help but be more anxious about what he said. Even if she hoped that this friend of his was Ai, she kept bringing the thoughts of the other two that stepped in his room one of the previous nights. Who were they? Why did he want her to leave? She didn't know what to think or what to tell him in order to have answers, yet she was about to lose him for a whole week. Why did he have to leave? Why now? So many questions and none of them would be answered by her old friend. Her orange eyes closed again when she finally took a big breath and sat on bed. She changed to her casual attire of a white dress, an orange belt around her waist and her hands slide inside her gloves. It was time to eat~ The cheerful girl ran to the hallway straight at the kitchen to start cooking and obviously she wouldn't cook for one. Sue was always invited to join her even if he preferred the loneliness of his own room to eat or...read. Also she wouldn't cook whatever she wanted either. This day was special. She would cook what Sue liked and that was.. Soup. Simple as that. On the other side, Sue's morning wasn't that fun at all. Priscilla would come by, any moment, to introduce him the 'new guard' for the princess and even if he thought it was Edward..... He was wrong. Edward was just laying there in that small brown couch, the other's bedroom had and waited with him while daydreaming of his hours of fun of the previous night.

"Did you really had to come here? You want to know everything... " Sue growled in a low tone, he clearly didn't like his company at all. Especially when he started telling him details of the last night with that woman... He was about to burn him alive, only he knew how he could hold himself back.

"I paid you a visit! Also I wanted to talk about last night, I've met this girl-"

"I don't want to know what happened with this girl and your sick desires, Edward... I really don't. "

"But she was just amazing! She has long red hair, these green eyes~ and most importantly she is -" His words had been cut off by the presence of the princess of pride, her pink dress covered all the long of her thighs and legs this time and her pink eyes were fixed on Sue.

"There she is " She said as she introduced the new guard to replace the man for two of three days as it turned out to be. Edward's eyes and the woman's widened as the both remained silent.

"Adriana?! " He couldn't resist to not show the fact that he knew her. How? How could she be that strong to be a guard? No woman till now was as strong except the princesses of sins, yet, that random girl just popped up out of no where. Priscilla and Sue would stare at them with the same confused expression when the blond man stood up and grabbed the red-head by her forearm, pulling her out to the hallway and closing the door behind.

"What are you doing here!? " Edward hissed in both surprise and disbelief. He had already pin her to the wall behind and staring at her waiting for a reply. Her eyes were slowly turning to a more pink color and her eyebrows furrowed.

"Wha- I'm the one asking this! You said you were a new one here, who are you!? " The woman replied fastly and glared at him. Actually, she got a point but Edward was too childish to even admit that he lied to her. She was already a ' lucky one' in his opinion since the most of the creatures he had 'connection' with, weren't lucky to wake up the next morning.

"You li-" She continued but the man planted a kiss against her lips, once again letting her there to stare at him. Her eyes widened for a second and closed slowly as her hands moved up to his shoulders.

"My name is Edward, babe... Wish you good luck with the job" He murmured with a small smile and caressed her cheek, he would tell her to not say anything to Sue or Priscilla but.... He didn't think that she would be so stupid to do so. His hand parted from he cheek and he gave her a small smirk before he walk away. He wouldn't bother her while Sue was already pissed off because of the whole situation and him.

While trying to make that pink color leave from her cheeks that started to show up, she would shake away every thought of hers for now. Yes he lied but... He wasn't the first nor the last, right? They were demons. Her hand pulled the door to open and looked at Sue. "I'm sorry for....him" She murmured

"We all are...I guess you know each other.. and you're a demon of lust too as Priscilla told me a second ago.... Perfect. " Sue wasn't pleased at all. He hissed the last words while looking at the princess and placed his hands into the pockets of his black suit.

"I met him last night but - anyways I'm sure we will be besties with the princess, what do I have to do for the job?" She didn't wanna go further into that conversation knowing he would just hate her more and more. By approaching, Sue glared at her, his brown to orange eyes would have a hint of purple while he was scanning her clothes, her way of walking, the way she spoke. Everything.

"First of all... you're here to guard her...not become friends."

"I can... Do that too. I heard so many things about you, I really admire your job ~" The scarlet-haired girl leaned over him and rested a hand on his shoulder gently

"Don't you dare to lay a finger on the 'princess', don't breathe close to her, don't talk to her, don't even look at her. You will protect her only when she needs it. " He avoided saying anything else yet he pulled himself away from her and glared. He didn't trust her...not at all. She was as filthy as Edward and Priscilla didn't mind to order her to step in this house... He would have to make a private conversation with the princess of hell after that case. "If I come back and see even a scratch on her, you're dead, understood? "He continued

" F.... Fine.." Adriana fixed her knee high skirt and gave him a serious look only to show a hint of nervousness. Was he so overprotective that he didn't let anyone to go close to Dorothy? She would wonder. And then it was the time that the so called princess knocked the door. Her head only peeking inside while staring at Sue. Her white gloves were only seen as she held herself up by the door.

"I...made soup, want to eat together? " She didn't notice the other woman but... She would, unfortunately, since Adriana couldn't help but let out a silent cheer

"She's so fucking cute!" The demoness said in excitement only for Sue to give her a death glare. Dorothy stepped inside the room, a confused face was staring at the teen boy and her hands rested on her sides.

"So.... Who is she...? " She raised an eye brow. This time the glare wasn't a jealous one like before, but a tired one. She had seen so many faces in her own house that all these years were invisible to her. Unfortunately, for her, this time Sue had an excuse.

"Her name is Adriana, she will stay with you these days while I will be absent... So... Adriana.. This is Dorothy" He pointed out the name only since all of the demons would never call her by it. The woman who seemed like she was almost 21 years old approached her with a kind smile on her face. The orange haired girl would freeze for a second. The aura, the feeling of shivers travelling on her body, her scarlet hair with green eyes and the pale skin. She couldn't see her clearly from the angle she was standing but now she just realized. She had seen her before and she remembered the place as well. The library.

Dorothy took a sharp breath when the woman raised her hand for a handshake. Sue would obviously notice the change of her cheerful yet confused look to a whole frozen one and his eyes narrowed.

"Is something wrong, Dorothy? " He asked immediately and looked at her in suspicion, but what could she tell? She didn't tell him that she had gone to that library. She wanted to go again since it seemed a really mysterious place to go but she didn't have the chance. Dorothy shook her head and smiled nervously before giving her hand to the girl and looking up at her. The same silent, calm and sweet voice was heard once again and she couldn't hide the fact she started to feel more and more uneasy around her.

"Nice to meet you, Dorothy~"
