The time started passing by so quickly. The whole village Dorothy was living had changed so much. Nothing was the same and so her curiosity grew up. She wanted to search for a place to live since she didn't want to go back but she had no money, it felt like she was thrown away from her own house but at the same time she wasn't sad. She was happy, excited. Obviously she would meet new people around the village and all would be so..different, she met people that their families were not even from there. They were coming from places and countries far away, yet they were all living in happiness and didn't miss their homeland.

Between all these buildings, the only thing that drove her attention was the public library. A black old building with dead trees around it. Light didn't seem to escape from inside of that certain building but.. She had to know what was wrong with it. Dorothy slowly started walking to the half broken marble stairs, her black loli shoes made a tapping noise on the marble, before she stop and push the black door, with a cracked window in the middle of it. The air of that place was a combination between the smell of books and an old abandoned house. Candles were lighting up the place and the huge bookshelves from the left and the right gave her a feeling of unease. She didn't know why she felt like that but she avoided that feeling and continued her way deeper in the hallways. Even though, someone could say that this place was too old for people to step in, some were still searching there for information around the many books this library was hiding. The girl, though, had no interest in books but only because she wanted to know what kind of things these shelves were holding, she raised her hand and grabbed one book. A purple symbol, a weird one, was on its leather brown cover. She narrowed her eyes and attempted to open it, but it didn't.

This feeling of unease started to grow as the minutes were passing by and it only increased rapidly when a woman walked towards her. Her curly hair was scarlet, her eyes were light green and her pale skin seemed to be completely white. Even though her lips made a smile and her approach seemed to be kind and gentle, Dorothy couldn't ignore the fact that her whole presence made her feel so uncomfortable and shiver.

"Good morning~"

Her soft, calm and sweet voice said in a whisper. They were in a library after all. Dorothy gave a nervous smile in return and with a move of her hand she placed the book down on the empty space of the shelf. These green eyes rolled from the girl's face, down on the book and the woman tilted her head.

"Were you reading this? " Her calm tone changed to a surprised one, but soon the other's answer made her chuckle.

"No.. No.. I was trying to open it but... I don't know why I can't.." She avoided eye contact and she placed her gloved hands on her waist. "You can have it if you want"

"Thanks " The stranger gave her a bright smile and held the book. Then, with a simple move it opened. Dorothy's eyes widened in both surprise and confusion. What was that book and it was locked without a key or... Who was she and she could open it so easily?  "You have to start from the bottom to reach the top, dear" The woman didn't approach her more, she didn't want to scare her but.... What did that mean? Before Dorothy could even speak the redhead walked away. Her long dress was hiding the high heels that she was wearing and the tapping noise that came from them echoed in the silent hallways. In the end, Dorothy was left all alone in that weird place that she knew so little about, yet it was in her own village.

The library was too silent...this silence started to bother her after a while, she couldn't stand it anymore, so she decided to walk away and maybe visit this place later or even go back and ask Sue himself about it.
