Aly's POV

So I open my door and I realize that the railing is up, and can be seen. I can hear the jokes now.

"So are we watching it on the laptop or the tv?" Luke asks once he sees the chairs in the room. He pulls one out and Ashton grabs my office chair so I grab the movie from my desk and the comfy chair next to it.

"Tv, bigger screen, sort of," I say cause it's a bit bigger than my laptop screen.

"Sounds good," Ashton says from behind me a I put the movie into the dvd player. I grab the remote and get the movie started.

I want to point out all that is wrong with this but I can't. Cause I will not ruin this for them. They won't know any better. When Ryan Gosling is holding the kid that got shot I roll my eyes cause that didn't freaking happen! Aston and Luke are all upset and yelling so I have to shush them.

"How are you not yelling and crying?" Luke asks me. I pause the movie and look at them both.

"That didn't happen in the book, which means it didn't happen in reality. Get used to Hollywood tearing out your heart," I say before turning back to the movie. I start it and they are quiet, that is until someone else gets killed. Again I tell them the same thing. And when O'Mara's house gets shot up. I have to remind them that it didn't happen like that. I am pretty sure my neighbors hate me right now.

The movie ends and they are quietly cheering.

"So did that happen?" Ashton asks, I shrug just to mess with him. I am finally comfortable with the hot guy in my room.

"You'll have to read the book," I smirk at him.

"When I have time and you're done with it," he smirks back.

"You're funny," I say sarcastically before going into my drawer and pulling out skittles. I have a stash that I refuse to share.

"Are those skittles?" Ashton asks from behind me. I turn around and he is right infront of me with this puppy dog face. It's not fair I have no defenses against his or Luke's. They both start and I give in giving them some, but I give them all but reds, which I save for last cause it's my favorite.

"Why no red?" Ashton asks.

"Cause I save those for last," I say like it's not weird at all.

"Ok then," he chuckles and eats his skittles.

"So it's like one on the morning and I have work at noon, so if you wouldn't mind leaving," I say trying not to sound rude.

"Ok, so will you doing dinner with us tomorrow?" Luke asks me as he outs his chair up as I do the same.

"Yeah probably, do I look like I have any other friends beside you guys?" I ask and ten I realize how lam I sounded infront of Ashton, who didn't know about that fact.

"You told Michael you made a friend in your psychology class you little liar," he laughs at me.

"It's hard Luke and I tried, that girl actually is real, she just thinks I'm weird. One day we talk the next class she sits with the hot guy," I say and I groan. "I really did try."

"I believe you. By the way how did you get out of going to a movie with them tonight?" Ashton asks me, and I had forgotten that he was there.

"I sort-of told a white lie and said I had plans," I rub the back of my neck and bit my lip.

"You lied," Luke laughed. I shush him but he still laughs.

"Yeah, I did have plans technically, I mean they included my bed and my book, with my closest friends Sgt. Jerry Wooter and Sgt. Jack O'Mara." I say smiling a little too sweetly.
