General Kai has anger issues, but the way he handles a butterfly sword is rather impressive. He's very ambitious, smart, and longs to be remembered. Admittedly, many villains want power. But powerful men have an attractive personality. As long as they manage it wisely. Which he didn't, but his fighting skills were still totally hot.
