Dr. Otto Octavius, aka Dr. Octopus, was originally a good hearted man. He was noble, charming, kind, and wanted to make the world a better place. He was also quite a handsome man. But due to his mechanical arms and the chip being destroyed in it, he began being consumed by power. He turned into a wicked man, and willing to put others in danger for his own gain and just to keep Spider Man out of the way of his evil plans. However, he still had some of his good qualities. He has a sense of humor, charm, and he tried to make things right, by stopping his awful machine and he sacrificed his own life to do so. He deserves to go to Heaven and be with his wife for that.
