I'd say Steele has the classic villain qualities. Big ego, ignorant, selfish, and wants to be the best. It's just sad that he can't just do the right thing because it's the right thing and not for the attention it would get him. He's also a bully, a pervert, and a total jerk. And yet, he is a smoking hot husky.
