Dr. Drakken, may be a bit of a loon and very boastful. But he has strong desires and determination to succeed. He is very intelligent, and funny, even when he isn't trying to be. He has been known to be charming and rather sensitive, especially around Christmas time. Glad to see there are some villains who aren't Scrooges. Also, he's actually kind of cute. Plus, when he sings, it makes my heart flutter.
