The next morning I gather my things together and fix my uniform neatly. I wouldn't be this prepared for the rest of the year but its a nice start. "Come on Bellerum," Katie says rushing up behind me, "on your feet we have breakfast! And I need some coffee."

"Fine," I say as I pull my bag across my body. Then I follow her and Alicia out of the room down to the common room. Once down there we merge our little group with the boys. Fred and George move to my sides laughing slightly.

"Do you think Mum knows about the car yet?" George asks both of us.

"Definitely," Fred says, "and poor little Ron will be ripped to shreds once she gets the chance."

"I don't even feel bad," I say to them, "I mean how do you even think that stealing a car you can't drive is a good idea!"

"Little Y/n dear has gotten her mother side out," George says looking over me to Fred. I scoff loudly.

"It was stupid and dangerous!" I exclaim.

"Like something we would do?" Fred asks me smirking.

"Yes but we are professionals at doing stupid things," I say to them, "young Ron and Harry have plenty to learn before they can do anything more ridiculous than us."

"I second that," Lee says butting into the conversation, "they need to learn to be a little more sneaky."

"Yeah," George says, "but Y/n is still acting like a mother." I roll my eyes at them.

"Me wanting them to be alive isn't me mothering them," I say fiercely, "I'm sorry you don't want Ron alive."

"Now that isn't fair," Fred says to me, "And we are just teasing. Okay, doll?"

"Don't call me doll," I say to him as I fold my arms over my chest. We walk into the great hall and take our seats at the Gryffindor table.

"Coffee?" Mikey offers me once we've settled. I take it at once and he moves to the others in the herd of fourth years.

"So Bellerum heard the rumor?" Melody asks me curiously as she leans forward. She and Mikey were sitting across from me with Lee to her left. Beside Lee Katie sat seeming fully entertained by her coffee and Alicia chatting beside her. Fred was to my right with George beside him, and to my right, Angelina sits reading some book on the edge of her seat.

"No I don't feed much attention into rumors," I tell her, "they hurt feelings and most of them are made to make someone feel bad." She looks over to Mikey who just shrugs.

"Well this one isn't the kind like that," she tells me, "it's about the ball. I heard we elect a decorating committee leader."

"Really?" Angelina asks peeking up from her book, "that seems a little fun."

"Well I mean it's a ball for us to enjoy," I say to them, "it makes sense they would want a student lead committee."

"Who do you think is going to campaign?" Lee asks as he butters his toast. "Cedric maybe?"

"Definitely," Fred says, "But we can't let the pretty boy be the only one."

"You're forgetting Angelina," Katie says looking over, "right?"

"I mean I'd love too," She says, "But is that what people in our year want."

"Oh get off your soap box and run," George says to her, "you'll be obsessed with it anyways." Angelina goes pink and then looks over to Fred.

"What do you think?" She asks him. He looks over boredly and shrugs.

"Does it matter?" He asks her earnestly, "you never listen to us anyways."
