Tonight me and Shawn are having a lovely date night in. McKenna is at Shawn parents so me and Shawn can have this date without being interrupted.

We are having a quiet night in just us two because it's easier and more intimate that way.

Me and Shawn are going to cook together for food because he wants to learn to cook some meals so instead of me cooking all the time he can chip in.

Our food is in the oven so we decide just talk and have fun.

Shawn comes up to me and places his arms around my waist while I place mine around his neck.

"Do I ever tell you how much I love you?"

"All the same Shawn."

"Well what can I say I really love you Layla."

"I really love you too Shawn."

With that he kisses me and it's a slow gentle passionate kiss. While kissing he picks me up. When he places me down we both pull away and take the food out because the timer went off.

We dished it up and before we ate he had to take a picture to post on Instagram because he was proud that he helped to make this.

We sat down and ate the dinner.

Afterwards we cuddle on the sofa and watch something but we both get tired and decide to go to bed.

"Layla babe?"

"Yeah?"

"Let me carry you upstairs."

"Why?"

"Because I want too."

"Fine."

With that he picked me up bridal style up to our bedroom. Once we reached there he put me down and we kissed again. This time it was longer and it was an incredible kiss.

Shawn pulls away and walks into the bathroom leaving me there wanting more of his lips. Once you taste them you want more.

When he gets out if the bathroom it's my turn to go I get ready and changed and then walk back out.

I see Shawn on his phone on the bed. I climb up next to him resting my head on his shoulder.

"What you doing?" I ask.

"I am looking on Instagram but now I'm going to put my phone away so all my attention is on you baby girl."

"Aw how sweet." I say giving him a kiss.

We decide to god sleep and Shawn wraps his arms around me. I felt safe and secure. This was the only thing I needed. He was mine and I am so happy. These dates never cease to amaze me.
