Night mares aren't fair
Night mirror night mirror
I have plenty fears
To waste away fear of
My mind heavy to sink
My tongue heavy to think
Of the words to come up with
To calm it from sinking
I may have bad dreams
Upon a midnight dreary
And whenever you're near
I make sure you don't see me
Cause after all I do
I know you see right through me
With your piercing eyes
And gold teeth
You try to consume me
And even when mum says
He's not real my child
I hide under my sheets
And pray The Lord my soul to keep
As you claw at my window
While I'm counting my sheep
But even as I'm older
I don't give a cold shoulder
Cause now when I see news they show me what to be afraid of
So I turn off the lights
And lock myself away
So no one but god can see me during the day
