I am the type of person
Who sits here and just wonders
Why everything in,life turns to some kind of blunder
I am the kind of person
To try to give to you
When you have not a clue
Of where your next blessing comes from
Where and how you can afford some
Sometimes it's just a matter of knowing where you came from
I know that words are never enough but oddly enough I got these words down packed and shipped to china cause I'm that kinda
That in school when isat was through
Instead of having y'all fun
I was having my fun
Writing and telling you all of the things I been through.
What y'all called fun I did none
Writing about anything possible or
I am the kind of person
Who went around getting talked about
Because I wasn't ever any amount
Of every kid in school that disobeyed all of the rules.
I am the kind of person
Who people run to
When they need someone to talk to
When you were just disrespecting me
I never expected you to be
Any more kinder to me
For giving advice on anything
But now you see that
I'm that kind of person
I learned my lesson on a number of things
That I shouldn't believe in everything
That just because you said you would
Doesn't necessarily mean you would
Cause I'm the one that's telling you
I can see right through you
With all your lies and frequencies
Of wavelengths you can't seem to conceive to
Give birth from your brain to your mouth
And now you finally will find out
That I'm that kind of person
I try to tell the truth
But people know the truth hurts,
So instead they give me answers that go against anything I blurt
Out to help them
No matter what I say I'm
Still that kind of person
That saying ma'am isn't enough
I guess I'm just so disrespectful and stuff
Just because my skin color ain't good enough.
Yeah I'm that kinda person.
I've lived and I learned it
Writing about it in person
Flowers aren't always perfect
But rhyming them away so much
Makes it seem it ain't so tough
To be that kinda person
Yeah all my scars I've earned them
You may think it's ugly but
I am that kinda person maybe you need to find a person
That'll confess to you the problems that they think will just worsen
Worsen isn't a word but I'm still that kinda person
That if sounds right I'm gonna do right
And make these words fight
So personification and metaphors seem to be their own ray of light
I am that kinda person
You say I'm just a person
But just a person isn't good enough so I have to do enough to say
I am that kinda person
