 ^THE NEXT DAY^

You wake up and go to school. You walk with Hyunjin.

Hyunjin: You seem smiley today.

Y/N: Yeah!

Hyunjin: Anyone on your mind?

Y/N: Yeah...

Hyunjin: Are you dating anyone?

Y/N: Why?

Hyunjin: Because i'm your best friend and I should know if they are good for you.

Y/N: No. But i like someone.

Hyunjin: So it's true. You and Jaemin are-

Y/N: It's not Jaemin.

Hyunjin: Can you tell me who then?

Y/N: NO. You're going to tell them before me. Why are you asking me all this so suddenly?

Hyunjin: No reason.

Y/N: Hey. Someone left a rose t my door, do you know if Minho is just throwing those out again?

Hyunjin: He's actually keeping them for the first time.

Y/N: Do you know if someone left it there on purpose.

Hyunjin: Changbin's here. Gotta go!

Y/N: Hyun-(He runs away) *sigh*

^LUNCH^

You walk to SKZ table and Jeongin leaves.

Y/N: Where's he going?

Chan: I don't know.

Jisung: Something you didn't tell us?

Felix: Mmhmm. Us.

Hyunjin: Yeah us?

Jisung: Jilix. Hyunjin. Jilix.

Y/N: No. Why?

Felix: Did you find a rose?

Y/N: How do you know about that? Did you put it there?

Felix: It wasn't me.

Jisung: We can't help you until you admit-

Hyunjin: She said she wasn't with Ja- HIM.

Y/N: If this is all you want from me is to admit that i like someone then so be it. I do like someone.

EVERYONE: *gasps* *shock* *murmur*

Y/N: And for all you eavesdropping people!! IT IS NOT NA JAEMIN!!!!!

Jaemin: What's not me?

Y/N: *frustrated* Not the best time to come.

You walked out of the cafeteria and try to find Jeongin.

Y/N: Jeongin? JEOooNgin? Jeong..in?

You see someone with their hood on get up to leave as you were about to walk near them. You stopped them.

Y/N: Yang Jeongin.

Jeongin: Choi Y/N. Let go of my hand.

Y/N: Only if you tell me why you left earlier and were about to leave just right now?

Jeongin: Fine. I didn't want to be seen with the girl who- who- I don't need to explain.

Y/N: Why are you avoiding me?

Jeongin: I don't know, maybe because I don't want to make you seem like a cheater.

He shook his hand out of yours and walked away.

Y/N: I'm not finished. You can't just walk away like you won't see me again.

Jeongin: How about we just walk away from each other. Were strangers from the start. Always have and always will be.

Y/N: Fine. I guess i don't have anything important to say to you.

Jeongin: Nothing i ever say seems important to you so what's the point in my response.

Y/N: If you think me and Jaemin are together, we aren't. I don't know who saw what but yesterday was nothing. (He stops walking) Believe it if you want, but its false.

He walks back to you.

Jeongin: Why do you care so much about where I go?

Y/N: Why do you think your response is not important to me? Or that anything you say to me isn't important to me?

Jeongin: Because it doesn't seem like it.

Y/N: Well it is.

Jeongin: No it isn't. It only is when Hanah tells you about what i said. Like i said, were strangers, always and forever.

He walks away again.

Y/N: Yeah, we can just walk away from each other and forget everything and anything that has happened to us.

He disappeared into the distance.

Y/N: *quiet whisper* your the one I like...that's why i care...
