''Why should I team up with you?'' Loki asked Magneto.
''So we can destroy the XMen and the Avengers. I want each of their heads on a stick. You and I together, we can rule the country'' Magneto said.
''Whats in it for me?'' Loki said.
''I just told you....and maybe when you kill Thor, you can finally take over your Asgard''
Loki thought about this for a moment. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea to trust him, but he could have Thor's head on a stick. He could have the country and Asgard. Loki smirked. This IS a good idea. If he makes any moves, he won't hesitate to kill.
''So what do you say?'' Magneto asked.
''I'm in'' he said as he held out his hand for him to shake.
''Great'' Magneto said as he shook his hand.
