Chapter 2

--Keith POV--

I watched as the stars flickered, got smaller as we drifted away from them, and bigger as we got closer to others.

Lance hadn't said anything in a while. I just guessed he was too traumatized about how they just left us and haven't even come back to see if we're there in the remains of the ship.

They just...

...left.

I decided it was time to see if Lance was okay, he had been having serveral anxiety and panic attacks since we got abandoned, and I don't blame him.

"Hey Lance...you alright back there?" no response

"I get you're a bit troubled from what happened...but babe please don't ignore me." Still. No respose.

"Baby? Lancey Lance? Sharpshooter? My knight in shining blue armor? Kitten?" I started to panic, he's normally snicker at 'My knight is shining blue armor', or say 'mrrow' at Kitten.

I turned him around to face me and tears atarted to cloud my vision as I was greeted by Lances empty expression.

His face was darker eyes closed, dry tear marks down his cheeks and a small frown plastered on his lips.

"Lance...no, nonononono n-no LANCE!" I yelled as I held him by his shoulders holding him as close possible.

How did he run out of oxygen before me?! We had the same amount!

then it hit me, his constant panic attacks. that must've caused his oxygen to run out faster...

"My baby blue.." I chocked out through my sobbing

"I-I'm so sorry.." I started sobbing into his shoulder as I held his lifeless body close

"I-I didn't even notice you died...ai-I didn't hear your screams for help..." I choked out again hripping onto his armor

"I didn't even comfort you when yo-you were dying!" I yelled at myself my helmet steaming up from the tears and sobbing

"I should've stood with you when we were debating on bringing 2 or 4 lions instead of sticking with Shiro, someone who is supposed to be our leader, instead of you...my boyfriend..I'm s-so sorr-ry..!" I grieved his death for what seemed like days, never letting go of him once.

I need to be with him. There's nothing left for me here, I already know my fate and I need it sooner,

Look at me posting twice >:3 anyways, I didn't sleep and instead debated kn wether or not I'd post chapter 2 yet....in wich I gave in and posted it. I hope y'all like it uwu

I know it's short, this chapter was originally 1100+ words but I cut it down so I'd have a nice little cliffhanger thingy for y'all to guess what Keith is going to do (:
