Cheryl's POV
Toni is... protective to say the least. I love her too pieces but she's really insecure because she thinks I'm too good for her. I was waiting for her in Pops when a guy sits down across from me
"Sharon it looks like you've been stood up, wanna take a ride?" Nick winks
"Nick St. Psycho, what would make you think I want to do anything with you?" I snap
"Because we were having so much fun at that party before Veronica broke it up."
"I was not having fun,"
"Yes you were,"
"Nick I would leave before my girlfriend gets here. She gets protective," I warn as I see Toni pull into the parking lot,
"Girlfriend?" He asks as Toni walks in
"Hey uh what's going on here?" Toni asks
"Your girl was just about to leave with me, something about plaid wearing losers weren't good enough for her anymore," Nick says
She looks at me and I shake my head no.
"Nick please leave," I say
"Nick? Nick St. Claire?" Toni ask
"Yes," he replies
"Me and my brothers have been looking for you everywhere rich boy. You think you can drug my girl and get away with it?"
"That was a long time ago," he says a little uneasy
"Ya well I don't really care," Toni says pulling out her phone
"Hey Sweetpea, guess who I found trying to get with Cheryl at pops?" She smirks
"No not Archie again," she laughs "Nick St. Pretty Boy Claire,"
He says something back and she hangs up the phone
"I would suggest getting out of state because Cheryl is like a sister to Sweetpea and I woke up Fangs so he's just as angry," she smiles "get out while you have the chance,"
He goes to the bathroom and I stand up to hug her
"Thank you Toni,"
"Every time Baby,"
She sits down next to me
"Sorry I'm late I overslept my alarm," she sighs
"It's ok Tones, I'm just happy you got here when you did," I smile
"So am I,"
She kisses me and puts her arm around my shoulder when Sweetpea bursts in.
"Where is he?" He asks Toni
"Check the bathroom," she shrugs
He and Fangs rush in there.
"I love you Toni Topaz," I say kissing her cheek
"I love you too Cheryl Blossom," she smiles eating the hash browns in front of us
"Pretty boy decided not to take the threat seriously Toni. Can you believe him?" Fangs says as Sweetpea drags Nick out of the restaurant
"Can we go watch them? Make sure they don't actually kill him?" I ask
"Sure princess," she says kissing my temple
She stands up and grabs my hand.
"Hey boys we came to watch the show," I say wrapping my arm around Toni's waist.
"You people are crazy," Nick sputters
"We don't drug girls at parties," Sweetpea says throwing him at the ground and Fangs holds him down
Toni kneels infront Of him and laughs
"You picked a really bad target Nicholas," she laughs "and a dumb time to come back"
"Why the fuck do you even care?" He asks Toni "You weren't even dating her yet,"
"Ya but you might of heard this thing called serpent laws," Sweetpea says
"No serpent stands alone bitch," Fangs spits
"And guess what?" Toni says flicking her switchblade open "my girl is a serpent now,"
"Cheryl Blossom, a gang member?" He ask
"And damn proud of it asshole," I yell back
"Your girl was practically begging for it, dressing like a slut," he sneers at Toni
She punches in his face multiple times and I grab her arm.
"Baby stop baby please stop," I say
She stops and looks at me.
"I'm sorry Cheryl,"
"It's ok babe," I say
Sweetpea and Fangs drive Nick out of town
"I love you Cheryl,"
"I love you too Toni,"
She hugs me.
"It's ok Tones," I laugh
"I'm always going to protect you,"
"I'm never going to leave you ok Tones I promise you," I whisper
"You're one of a kind blossom," she says kissing my cheek "thanks for stopping me,"
"I'm always going to hold ya back babe,"
