At the mansion. 5 months later. 

I was in the bedroom completely out of breath because i just gave birth at home. 

And it's a girl. A beautiful baby girl. 

Freya and Rebekah had helped with giving birth to her.

There was a knock on the door.

Me "come in"

Kol walked inside. He was careful though. 

I smiled "hey, Kol"

Kol smiled and walked over to the bed "how are you doing, darling?"

Me "Well, I've felt better. I'm so glad it's over now"

Kol nodded "yeah, i wish i could've been by your side"

Me "why weren't you?"

Kol "Rebekah threw me out because they needed the space"

I nodded. 

Kol "i hope you're not mad at me, darling"

I chuckled and took his hand "you were right outside that door, Kol, i felt it. And i felt your support throughout this whole process"

He smiled. 

Suddenly there was another knock on the door. 

Kol "come in"

Rebekah walked inside with my little miracle in her arms. 

I smiled when Rebekah walked to me. 

Rebekah "how's Mama doing?"

I smiled, tiredly "i'm feeling amazing"

She smiled at my baby girl "She's beautiful "

Then she handed her to me and i could feel tears in my eyes. 

Kol "no need to cry, baby"

I looked at him and he wiped a tear "happy tears. Kol, they're tears of happiness"

He smiled and looked at down my baby girl. She was so calm. 

Kol "she's beautiful"

I smiled, nodding "she is"

Suddenly Freya's head popped in "There are a few people, most of man, that wanna visit the new family member"

Kol looked at me "you ready? i mean we can introduce her tomorrow too if you want"

I shook my head "no. Let them in"

Freya nodded and walked inside. 

Suddenly everyone came inside. Marcel, Nik, Elijah, Stefan, Damon, Caroline, Hope, Hayley, Keelin. 

They all walked over to the bed. 

i smiled at Stefan and Damon "you came"

Damon "of course we did. You're family. And if i like it or not the baby is part Mikaelson"

I nodded "i love you"

Damon winked "love you too"

Hope walked over to the bed and smiled "She's beautiful "

Keelin "why didn't you go to the hospital??"

Me "Because i'm a Vampire and we had to do a c-section..soo"

She nodded"okay"

I smiled. 

Damon "What did you name her?"

Suddenly everyone was looking at me. 

Kol looked at me and i looked at me. 

Me "What about Sarah? Sarah Salvatore - Mikaelson"

Stefan froze surprised "Salvatore?"

I nodded "Yeah. She's both and i don't want her to forget that"

He smiled. 

Kol kissed my temple and whispered "i love you. I love both of you"

I smiled and leaned into him.
