At the Mikaelson Ball. 

I was looking myself in the mirror and put a hand over my 4 month old baby bomb. I wasn't really showing yet but you could already see the difference between my stomach from a month ago and now. 

Suddenly i saw Kol in the reflection of the mirror standing by the bed and watching me. 

Me "What are you looking at?"

Kol "you"

I smiled and turned to him "4 months in and i still can't believe it"

Kol walked over to me and put a hand on my little baby bump "neither can i."

I put a hand on his cheek and he looked at me. 

Me "i love you, Kol"

He smiled and kissed me "i love you too"

Me "ready to go downstairs?"

Kol "I'm ready to become a father. I don't think anything tops that"

I giggled and kissed him again "oh man"

I looked over the railing and froze "oh my god"

Then i grabbed Kol and pulled him back with him into our bedroom. 

Kol asked amused "are you okay?"

Me "What are Stefan and Damon Salvatore doing here?"

Kol "Nik invited them. Why?"

I shot him a look "seriously?"

Kol sighed "yeah right. You're a Salvatore too."

I nodded "And my twin and Damon just walked through the front door""

Kol "no big deal"

I asked irritated"how can you say that?"

Kol "did you know they were alive?"

i nodded "of course"

Kol "do they know you are alive?"

I shook my head "of course not"

Kol "There you have it"

I sighed "Kol, i can't just walk over to them after 164 years with a Mikaelson my side. And sure as hell not with a baby belly and a Mikaelson on my side"

Kol "you said the last one already"

I nodded "i know, that's how serious i am"

Kol took a deep breath "Listen, darling, you and i are going to go down there and we're going to meet your brothers"

I shook my head "i can't Kol. What if they hate me?"

Kol "have you met you? it's impossible to not love you"

I smiled. 

He hugged me "wait in the garden by the pool while i'm gonna bring them to you"

I looked at him "That would you do for me?"

Kol "Well that's nothing compared to the things i did for you throughout the 74 years of this relationship"

Me "still you love me"

He rolled his eyes.
