Long Time No See

(Y/N)'s POV

Ever since me and Hana were stationed here at Overwatch, Hana hasn't seen her friends back at MEKA in a long time and I've haven't seen my friends (more like family) from the Spartan II Program ethier. We both miss them dearly, but luckily hope is about to reunited us again.

There's going to be a once in a lifetime panel being held at PAX West, Seattle Washington featuring the pilots of MEKA and Spartan Fireteam (Colour). A bit odd having Spartans at a gaming convention but more understandable for MEKA since they're pro gamers.

I'm waiting for Hana outside by the same aircraft we took to Seongnam and Busan. There was also gonna be second aircraft that was coming with us to PAX West. They were transporting our equipment there so we could have all MEKA'S mech and all of (Colour) Team's Mjolnir Armor out for display for the public.

I'm fairly kind of nervous about the whole being on stage and talking to hundreds of people. I always hated public speaking in my early years of school. I'm talking to Lúcio for advice since he does this all the time.

(Y/N): "So you just get on stage and talk right?"

Lúcio: "Yeah that's pretty much it."

(Y/N): "What happens if I need to use the washroom? Do I wait for when we finish or what?"

Lúcio: "Listen, just remain calm and act cool and you'll survive."

(Y/N): "I'll take your word for it."

By this time Hana showed up looking very happy.

Hana: "Hello (Y/N), hello Lúcio."

Me and Lúcio: "Hi Hana."

Hana noticed the tension and stress in my face.

Hana: "You don't look excited to reunit with your friends again (Y/N). What's wrong?"

(Y/N): "I'm feeling anxious. Talking in front of hundreds is not my strong suit."

Hana: "You'll be fine. You talk to millions on my streams."

(Y/N): "That is different."

We could of bickered all day but we have places to be. We say goodbye to Lúcio before hopping aboard our plane. Hana insisted on me to play this new game called "Overwatch" that she had. I don't know why they would make a game about a real life event happen right now which is putting millions of lives in danger. But I guess this is like some sort of campaign to encourage young people to join Overwatch. Still don't know why I'm not in the game. They literally have everyone else besides me.

(Come on Blizzard, get in contact with Microsoft. We all want a playable Spartan Hero)

We could've played for the entire flight but Hana wanted to cuddle and watch a movie. And so I fulfilled her request.
