Though Sue tells Georgia stories about how seeing the white reindeer is a lucky event, Georgia is skeptical. She doesn't feel very lucky. Not only is she stranded and snowed in, but she's also stuck in the presence of Sue's surly son, Felix Nissen. But despite her distaste for the holidays, Georgia has to admit there's something special about the Christmas tree farm--almost magical. Maybe the reindeer brought her more than luck... When an Overwatch test pilot, Lena Oxton vanished during a teleportation Silpstream accident, Commander Jack Morrison, pressured by his own guilt, chased after Lena only to be flung into the future where a war is threatening to come and Overwatch no longer exist. Aurthor's Note: This story is based on the popular Blizzard game - Overwatch This piece was written prior to the introduction of Doomfist into the game. While the story follows closely to the world set by Jeff Kaplan, Michael Chu and the Blizzard team, it may deviate from the storyline after patch notes on 1st August 2017 Update: Doomfist and Moira were introduced but I unfortunately will not fit them (or any new heroes) into the story as I felt it would unnecessarily expand the story. That being said, what happen to them can be implicitly assumed in the later chapters.

In a big city during a blizzard, two elderly people, unrelated, reminisce their memories of winter as a child. At some point, the story suggests that their paths may have crossed. Agatha, a nursing home resident enjoys the blizzard as she is reminiscing her memories from how she played outside as a child. Henry, a homeless man, did not have the opportunity to enjoy much time outside in the snow as a child, but now, undesired, is making up for lost time. They are both similarly aged people living in the same city experiencing the same blizzard and both living their last days of life, but even though they are seeing the same storm, their feelings about it couldn't be more different.

I am Tiran, son of Medivh. Who's title was ironically the "Last Guardian". Well, after he died at least. Now the timeline has changed, everything is different. I am born, Medivh died later, Khadgar is still young...I am now the "New Guardian". Chosen by birth to watch and protect Azeroth, no matter the cost.
