Third Person's POV
Five years later . . .
Manila, January 24
Greg was sitting on his swivel chair inside his office, checking all the pendings on his mails when Edward butted in.
"Sir, pinapatanong po sakin ni Ms. Kristine kung available daw po kayo this afternoon?"
He didn't say a thing waiting for edward's next words.
"Sir, a-attend po ba kayo sa ribbon cutting ng bagong bukas na resto ni Ms. Kristine?"
"When will it be?" He asks, didn't bother himself to throw Edward a look.
"Ngayon na po, sir. 3 o'clock in the afternoon po." Edward answers.
"Call my driver and send a message to her, tell her that I'm on my way." Tumayo siya at kinuha ang suit na nakasamapay sa may couch.
Nagulat si Edward sa narinig na sagit niya. "Right away, sir." Sabi nito at iniwan na siya.
Limang taon din kasi siyang hindi nakipag salo salo maski kita sa mga kaibigan niya. He always reject and decline all their invitations.
Pulos negosyo at importanteng bagay lang ang dinadaluhan niya.
Isinuot ito at kinuha ang cellphone niya na katabi ng laptop.
He scrutinized himself through his reflection on the human size mirror.
Afterwards, he went down ti the kobby and waited for his driver to arrive. Mga limang minuto ang hinintay niya bago dumating ang naturang driver.
"Would you like me to join you, sir?" Tanong ni Edward habang naglalakad sila patubgo sa sasakyan na nasa harapan ng entrance ng building.
"You don't need to. I can handle this by myself." He says and entered the black Mercedes.
Tahimik lang ang loob ng sasakyan na akala mo'y bibingihin sila sa sobrang katahimikan.
"Can you turned the radio on?" He demanded to the driver.
