Third Person's POV
"WHAT THE FVCK IS THIS?!" Greg yelled to Edward and threw all the papers.
"Y-Yan po yung ipinapaabot na proposal ni Ms. Edith, sir." Edward replied.
"I told you to tell her to revise everything on this proposal pero bakit parang walang nabago? I don't like it. I don't like the demographic status and even the weather and the climate status! I even told you to relocate this, right? Pero bakit doon niyo parin gustong itayo ang empire!" Greg bursted out.
"I-I told her about it, sir, but it seems she didn't understand it." Edward says in nervous.
"CALL EDITH NOW!"
"R-Right away, sir." Sagot ni Edward na haos takbuhin na ang paglabas ng opisina niya.
"DAMMIT!" Sigaw ni Greg at napasuntok nalang sa desk.
Sobrang sasabog na siya. Mag bubukas kasi siya ng pang labing isang branch ng Franco's Empire Condominium pero wala paring balita kung saan sila magtatayo noon. Hindi kasi niya gustong sa Mindanao o kaya sa Visayas magtayo nun. Mas gusto niyang Luzon upang mas mamonitor ang pagtatayo nito.
Saktong bumukas ang pinto at iniluwa noon si Edith, ang head engineer at si Edward, ang kanyang sekretarya.
Babatiin sana siya ni Edith ang kaso ay nagsalita na siya agad.
"What is is this, Edith?!" Ibinato niya ang naka folder na mga files. "I told you o revise this all, right? But why is it just the same to the older one you've passed to me? Hindi ka ba nakakaintindi ng revision?!"
"S-Sorry, sir." Sabi ni Edith na iniyuko ang ulo.
"For Pete sake you're almost 12 years in this company at mas alam mo ang mga ganitong bagay kumpara sakin pero bakit parang mali ata ang proposals mo ngayon?! Seriously? Magtatayo ka ng condominium sa isang masikip na lupa at sa isang kalapit pa ng squatters area?!"
Hindi sumagot si Edith.
"I'll give a 48 hours to revise this and submit me another proposal regarding to our plan work with your team and I hope maayos na ito." Greg stated. "You can now leave, Edith."
Lumabas naman na ito.
"Edward, what did Mr. Yamamoto told you about the heavy materials we ordered? Wala daw bang bawas ang pagbili natin sa mga materials?" Greg asked.
"Meron po, sir, pero hindi po kasing laki ng ine-expect natin. Hindi rin po pumayag si Mr. Yamamoto na next month po natin mabayaran ang kabuuan ng mga materials." Edward stated.
