I got off the train at seven o'clock in the afternoon in Tulsa Oklahoma. The sun was shinning bright and it was hot. Everyone was rushing around as they were excited for what the summer may bring them. I knew my summer was going to be boring as I stay with my cousin, actually my "step cousin", and I didn't know how he acted or lived.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not mean. I never liked being mean. But I just don't know Keith Mathews.
My mother sent me here as issues started to occur at her work. I wasn't mad about coming back to Tulsa, I lived here with my mom and dad until I was six. I was a young greaser. But my dad got a job offer in Pineforth Oklahoma and we left Tulsa. I've missed this place ever since, I missed having the freedom here.
My dad, well he left my mom for another women. Her name was Cara and she was related to Keith Mathew's mom Jeannette. They were sisters. That's how I became related to Keith.

I walked down the sidewalk, my sky blue and white polka dot dress that went to my knees, was flowing in the afternoon sunset. My long blonde hair  hung just below my shoulder blades. My hair had a natural wavey look to it that made all the boys go crazy. I had sea blue eyes that my mom said they sparkle in the sunlight. I had very little freckles. My dad always said that I was the prettiest girl he's ever seen for my age. I'm sixteen. But I look older. I was also athletic fit because I cheered and played soccer.

I carried my bag towards a gas station called the DX. I knew I had to come here in the letter Keith sent me. So I walked on. I entered the gas station, looking at the candy bars in the aisle. There were two boys staring at me the whole time, but I didn't mind. A lot of boys did that these days. I kept my eyes focused on the candy until I heard a person come in the gas station.

"Is she here yet?" One asked.

"Yup." Said another.

I smiled knowing that they were talking about me. I looked up to see three boys, who were obviously greasers, looking at me. I gave a friendly smile and walked forward. One stepped forward, he had a good build and his hair was greases back, leaving a few hair strands in the middle. He looked like my dad's new wife, he must've been my cousin.

"Hey, umm... I'm Keith but everyone calls me Two-Bit. You're Macy Louise, right?" Two-Bit asked. I couldn't help but smile more has he had a little country slang.
"Yes, I'm Macy Louise. But call me Macy, people never say my full name." I replied with a polite manner. Two-Bit smiled and turned around to the other boys.

One looked like he's been in a fight. His teeth were a little crooked, but wasn't bad looking. He worked here as he wore a DX button up shirt. He had a white tank top on, showing his muscles underneath. He had a tattoo on one of his arms, I didn't quite understand the meaning behind it though.
"This is Steve Randle," Two-Bit went one. Steve smiled and bowed. I laughed and he grinned.

"Imma lil crazy right now, just had a beer

"Imma lil crazy right now, just had a beer." He laughed. I smiled and nodded,  knowing that greasers always had fun and people needed to accept that.
"Glad you're having fun." I laughed. Steve nodded and looked towards the other one. "And this is Sodapop Curtis." Two-Bit finished. I couldn't help but stare at Sodapop. He had the perfect jawline and his hair was perfect. He was a doll, a perfect boy made from heaven. He was georgous and had movie star features. He was tall and strong as you could see his muscles too.

"Hi, Sodapop." I said. I was too nervous about saying anything else, scared to say stuff like 'you are gorgeous' or 'I love you.'
Sodapop gave me a smile, showing his teeth, they were perfectly straight and clean white.
"Hey, you can call me Soda or Sodapop. I don't mind." His voice was soft and sweet. Two-Bit laughed and took my bags from his hands.

"Ask questions later, I gotta take you home to get you settled in." Two-Bit said as he left. He waved Steve and Soda goodbye and we left. We walked out to a beat up bug, scrapes all over the paint. There were holes and cigarette burn stains all over and beer stains too. I sighed as we got in.
"Soda is a real doll. Are you two friends?" I asked. Two-Bit gave me a crazy look.

"Yep, we are. You see, I'm a greaser and Soda's older brother Darry is the unofficial leader of the gang I'm in." Two-Bit explained. I nodded.

We drove down some dirt roads leading to a little neighborhood. These houses were beat up, run down, or almost to the breaking point. I sighed, yup, this is Tulsa. That's how I remembered it.
Two-Bit pulled into a little house, it was cute. A women, guessing my aunt was outside in the porch reading the newspaper and drinking coffee.

"That's my ma'. She'll be happy to see ya'." Two-Bit sounded like he wasn't gonna come with me. I gave him a look and he gave me an innocent one back.
"Hey, where you goin'?" I asked. Two-Bit shrugged and handed me a pack if cigarettes. I took them and stuffed them in my bag full of clothes. I've had cigarettes before, I used to smike too. But my mom soon made me quit.
"To the Dingo with the gang." He replied, his hands gripped the steering wheel, something was wrong. I know it. Somebody just doesn't grip the steering wheel like that. Nobody does. "Hey, don't dress like a rich kid, okay?" He asked. I nodded and gave him a reassuring smile.
"I know about greasers and socs. Trust me, I used to live here and I was a greaser. I plan to become one again too." I replied. I laid a hand on Two-Bit, he was shaking and I wanted to know why but I didn't want to bother him.

I got out of the car, took my bag and walked up to my aunt. She quickly noticed me and squealed. I heard rhe car drive off as Jeannette ran up to me.
"Aunt Jeannette!" I said. She smiled and pulled me into a hug.

"Macy, honey, you've grown! Cara always sent me pics of you. Wow, you are so beautiful!" Jeannette smiled. I shrugged and moved my hair out of my face.
"Thank you." I smiled. Jeannette smiled and led me into the house. It was small and cozy. Though, I've heard she's having money trouble right now so I didn't bother asking to eat out. She led me into a guest bedroom. There was a bed, closet,  chest of drawers, and a desk. I sat my bag beside the bed and laid down.
This summer was going to be eventful, not boring.
